Continuing by quest through Cara Dee’s backlog.
Probably one of my least favorite, though lighter on the DD/lg then some of Cara Dee’s other books - definite plus for that.
Certainly dirty and hot though.

amazing book. i loved how the author wrote about the relationship between Dean and Gemma. the issue of Ddlg here was written in such a detailed manner and that how Dean eventually gave in to his utmost fantasy. wonderful book on age gap/ ddlg/ light bdsm.

Lovely
Sleeping with a man who slept with one's biological mother for over a decade is a super sqicky thought. Eww. Having said that, Cara Dee is amazing. She's able to instill so much authenticity and compassion into her characters that Dean and Gemma being together is the most beautiful, reasonable thing.
And the kink! No one does an age gap/daddy kink quite like Cara Dee. Their dynamic is such a part of their character, so it feels real and true to who they are. This was a great little story and must read for those who enjoy Daddy books.

This is a fave. This was a fanfiction years ago and it was a favorite then, too.
Cara has always been one of my absolute favorite authors and I will read anything she writes. She has introduced me to a lot of stuff I love that I never thought I'd even read and I'm so grateful for that.

This book was like drugs. I loveeeeed the daddy kink and just couldn't get enough.
The smut was good. I loved the writing. It had a nice plot. There is so much to love about this book, but I also disliked some minor things. One of them being the kinda instalove.
Sometimes instalove can be written off well, which it did in this book but I would have liked it if they didn't jump into their relationship so fast. Since their relationship was really taboo, I would have liked more anticipation. In one of Cara Dee's other books Three Dirty Harts, she did it really well, and I liked how the relationship progressed. Though it may sound like a big complaint, I didn't remove a star for this because I forgot about it after a chapter or two. So it wasn't really something I hung up on throughout the book.
I would have also liked for Gemma to have been a little more cold and rebellious. Dean not being there for her when she was a child was not okay, so she would therefore have a harder time warming up to him. He would then feel guilty and, at the same time, want to spank the brat out of her.
Like I've already built up the plot in my head.
But I also got over that real fast because this book was good, and yeah, I would have liked it my way, but I also liked it this way.

Nunca lo hubiera leído sino fuera porque necesitaba hacerlo (una obligación voluntaria).
Sinceramente, pensé que los libros de Cara Dee eran el tipo de lectura que valían la pena, pero he comprobado con otros libros de ella, que cada uno de ellos es igual al otro; abaurdos, llenos de sexo porque sus personajes tienen tan poco personalidad y cero habilidades que es lo único que pueden hacer.
Se conocen, al siguiente capítulo ya se gustan y al quinto ya son una pareja que se ama como si llevarán años estando juntos y no hacia menos de cinco días. Porque sí, todo el "desarrollo" de los personajes, sus sentimientos, y emociones, etc, pasa en menos de cinco días.
Sin duda, no volveré a desperdiciar mi tiempo leyendo a Cara Dee. Para mí, sus libros son lo mismo que los de Silvia Violent; desechos que nadie necesitan.
No merece ni una estrella.

This book was formerly known as a fan fiction titled "More". I read it years ago and loved it then. Cara is a most prolific writer and has adapted that story well in this world. Gemma is the 21 year old daughter of Tina, an actress. Tina and Dean have been in a relationship of sorts for the past 15 years or so, but never married. This is the story of how Dean and Gemma's relationship changes from one of step parent and step child to one of lovers in a daddy/little relationship. This is a fairly unusual and semi-taboo type of relationship but it suites both of them well. I love reading off-beat relationships like this and Ms. Dee treats the subject matter with respect and passion. It's a great story and I highly recommend it!

Le résumé m'a laissé envisagé une histoire qui avait un potentiel énorme pour me plaire, mais j'ai été un peu déçue. Comme dans la plupart de ce que j'ai pu lire en matière de daddy kink, l'héroïne a une mère très absente, et un beau-père super sexy. Là on a le bonus d'avoir un cadre idyllique, qui se matérialise sous la forme d'une maison de vacance dans les montagnes, sous la neige, en décembre (ou janvier ? bref en hiver). Gemma est une jeune fille un peu rebelle, qui a besoin de plus de discipline et son beau-père paraît parfait pour ce rôle, qu'il va endosser facilement après avoir surmonté ses réticences. Le fait que Gemma découvre les penchants de son beau-père, et s'y conforme très facilement m'a laissé sur ma faim, j'aurais préféré un peu plus de conflit et de tension.

Esse livro foi uma decepção. Odiei que o livro era 99% do tempo no ponto de vista do ML. Odiei a personalidade da FL também. Achei as conversas deles chatas, brincadeiras chatas, flertes chatos.
ODIEI que eles paravam tudo pra falar de regras e limites e blablabla. Cortava o clima total e não parecia nem um pouco natural. Depois o fetiche ficou muito violento, o que me fez perder ainda mais interesse. Chegou num ponto que não aguentei mais e só estava curiosa para ver a reação da corna. Pulei pra essa parte e depois larguei. Leitura chata.
Sério, Cara Dee decepcionou muito agora.
Só lerei outro livro dela se ela decidir trabalhar e escrever This Life III, se não, nunca mais abro um livro dela.

If you love Daddy kink this book is defiantly for you!!
This book is Daddy at its finest. Gemma and Dean are technically stepfather and stepdaughter but have not been in that role in over 10 years since Dean's fiancee doesn't raise her own daughter. Dean leaves his fiancee because for years their relationship hasn't been what it should be and he's taking the time of his yearly solo vacation to truly split. This book of course has off the charts hotness but the characters have depth as well. It's not a book that's all about the hook up. Don't get me wrong though the hook up will melt your kindle but the story will give you more than panty melting hotness!! Yum!!

I absolutely loved the Daddy kink and age gap in this book! Nobody does hot scenes as well as Cara Dee. Just yum.
The characters had good depth to them. It was lacking a slight bit on world building for me but it was still solid overall, just not to the author's usual level. The storyline itself has some really good romance to it. There's not much drama to it so that's why the deduction.
However, if you want a hot read with plenty of daddy kink this is for you! Highly recommend for those who need something kinky and spicy!

This one has been on my radar for a few months and I read it as soon as I had the chance. I recommend it. The male MC wasn’t married to the female MC’s mom so even though he was in a relationship with her mother for several years he wasn’t his love interests stepfather and he didn’t have forbidden thoughts of her as a child. They hadn’t seen each other in years by the time they got together.

I'm continuing going through Cara Dee books. So far there were some really good and some not that amazing, but still pretty okay reads.
Sadly, this one wasn't good at all. It was missing plot and emotions... anything to get a reader hooked on. It was just sex and nothing more. I didn't even care for the characters or the chemistry and I should say it's the first time this happened reading Cara Dee book.

Daddy kink with some romance in there too.
Dean, a business owner with an awful ex girlfriend/fiance goes on his annual retreat for a month only to run into his "stepdaughter" Gemma. Daddy kink and more comes into play.
I enjoyed this book, it has a little of everything. Some kink, some romance and the tiniest amount of angst where you wonder how things will work.

I'm a dirty, dirty woman. Whatever. This was hot as hell. I can live with that. Whew.
That being said, while it was hot, it was also sweet, but it wasn't big on story or conflict - which isn't usual for this author. But whatever, it was worth a read anyway.

Forbidden Gem is a taboo Age Gap story with a DD/lg story.
Gemma is such a cute little who is also a bit if a brat.
Dean is a strict Daddy who likes control.
Definitely hot, steamy and dirty. A very enjoyable, insta-love/lust story.

This made me uncomfortable for some reason, I was waiting for the other shoe to fall off the entire time, I don't mind the age gap or the step father trope but their fear of the mother and people to find them out the whole time made me uneasy and couldn't enjoy reading this story.
