This book is so amazing!!! I loved the scene where Ace is on painkillers after being shot!! I couldn't stop laughing! The grandfathers were a hoot.
The sexual banter between Carolina and Ace was off the charts!
Once the marriage of Carolina and Ace takes place, then the two crime families will merge into one. Will family members try to kill one another in order to start a war between the DeLuca and Cipriano Crime Familias?
Carolina is beginning to gain the confidence she needs in order to start taking on the roles of the Donnas of two crime families.
Evil is constantly lurking on Carolina and Ace's door step. Family betrayal, deceit and murder.
The author's research into the bdsm world was on key. I was impressed with the five various rope knots tying from katate kubi shibari(single wrist binding) to chokuritsi fudou ippon shibari (upright standing binding). A very sensual art.
The story and its characters flowed smoothly from Book 1, Bound to the Family into Book 2, Bound Together.
The story will grip you from the first page with its twists and turns of mystery, suspense and drama. I would definitely recommend this series!! You will not be disappointed!! I'm looking forward to Book 3, Bound and Dangerous once it is published.

After reading the 1st book I was hoping that book two would make me change how I felt about this series. And I have to say book two is really good. This boom has laughed and drama and everything I want to see in a book.
The scenes were funny and quirky. The characters had some depth in this book for me. You got to meet the grandfathers more and I loved them.
Yes this couple moves really fast not putting spoilers but felt it was a bit too quick. But the story played out and worked.
My biggest irk (might just be me) is that I had to reread some parts because it is easy to miss the translation between the characters instead of doing another chapter it just at some points switched to another setting with new characters and that confused me at points.

OMG! This is a great series so far, loving every bit of it! You have the Mafia mixed with BDSM. Carolina and Ace are fricken awesome as the main characters but the way Amber writes you get a view from all the characters involved. Could not put this series down. Can't wait for book 3, need more of the new Cipriano/De Luca Don and Donna (Ace & Carolina).

Again another fantastic book from Amber Joi Scott
I really like this book it is a follow on from bound to the family , if you want to read this book you must read the first book or this book will not make sense . Ace and Carolina are getting married . We know from the first book that who Carolina thought was her father wasn't and she understood why she was treated as she was by her father . She was the granddaughter of Michael De Luca a rival mafia family to the Mafia family that she was going to be married into . As arrangements to the wedding are being made ,and the collar BDSM ceremony . They have to cope with Carolina's half brother trying to kidnap her , and Ace bring shot . The book is fast paced and I really liked Ace and Carolina , I can not wait for the next book .

I received this book for an honest review, first off I liked the first book however the author brought it with this one, humor, laughter, banter, Seriously serious,sexy all wrapped into one shiny second book. I would have to say I enjoyed this one a bit more but all in all both were good reads.
