How do I dominate and enamor the woman who’s in charge of signing my paycheck?

That’s the one question Joshua Timbers has been asking himself since he first stepped foot into his own personal Hell. JT, or Yoshi—as his tormentor likes to call him—has lived a life of hardship and loss since an early age. Being the product of a single-parent home, he’s accustomed to hard work and lonely nights.

Seeing the strong man that raised him suffer after the loss of his mother made JT’s own heart harden. All that mattered was seeking instant gratification to curb his enormous appetite.

Until the blessed day he met his fallen angel, Janelle.

Beautiful, and with balls bigger than her entire crew, Janelle is accustomed to the leering looks of men, even though she’s their boss—the owner of Walker Construction, alongside her brother.

Her beauty is untouchable to everyone, but how far will Joshua go to bend his hellion to his will and make her his?

This book had great potential but for me it didn't quite hit the mark.

Joshua is a man who doesn't do relationships, he only sleeps with the same woman 3 times. When he goes for an interview he is attracted to the 'secretary' who is a sexy smart mouth. Little does he know that she is his new boss.
_ _ _ _

The hero was far too arrogant for my liking, and came across as a bit of a misogynist. Then there was the eight month time gap which added nothing to the story. They appeared to be at the same stage in their relationship as they were when they first started, with him wanting to become public and her wanting it to stay a secret. Then all of a sudden he wanted to marry her. what happened in those 8 months?

I feel really bad, but I have to be honest and in my opinion this book felt rushed and the story was not developed enough.

Standalone novel, told solely in Joshua's POV.

So, so good! The perfect blend of romance, eroticism, and plot, I was captivated and riveted by Joshua and Janelle’s story. The anticipation of these two getting together almost killed me. The story really draws you in and keeps you turning pages.

Put a cocky, all alpha, domineering guy next to a sassy, sexy as hell, tough talking woman, add sizzling chemistry, beasty sex urges and a ton of bitchy attitude, and you have a ticking time bomb ready to explode!!

“Janelle Walker was the epitome of everything I found sexy – desirable in a woman. … Curvaceous in a way that reminded me of a Vargas girl; she was poised and glamourous without even trying.” – Joshua

Janelle is Joshua’s new boss and the most beautiful woman he’s ever seen. She’s distant, a total bitch but fair and hard working, well respected and admired. She’s strong, independent, and capable of standing up for herself. Joshua sees her worth and value and has eyes only for her. But, he wants to dominate her, he wants to lead, he wants to own her. Nothing like an alpha male taking charge.

“For as much as I wanted to make whatever ailed her right, I also lusted after that small body walking away from me.
Wanted to crawl on all fours behind her. […] She was my mine. The one woman who I’d let in against my better judgement, I welcomed her advances and destruction. Blatant or not, she was all I wanted.”
- Joshua

The attraction between them is undeniable and they come to go to each other like rubber bands. But, still inside every grown and gorgeous woman is a little girl wanting love… but is Joshua ready to offer her what she needs? And will the patience of steel on his side and a little aggressiveness will help him make her his?

The characters are dynamic, with wit and charm expressed through charismatic dialogues, erotic sexually charged encounters that will definitely win you. Intriguing story, as it unfolds you are pulled in even more. I gave it a 4.00 because it had a missing piece at the end. I just think that the ending felt very rushed and not well-thought. Overall a sexy story that I highly recommend!

This story is about one alpha male being given his own medicine by a very feisty alpha female!

Joshua is a hard worker with great work ethics. He decides it's time to move on in his career and takes a job in Orlando. When he rocks up at the construction site to meet with the owner of the business, Josh makes his first mistake when he crosses paths with Janelle. After belittling her and acting a little cocky for his own good, Janelle quickly puts Josh back in his place. That's when Josh realises he has met his match...and his boss.

Hell is told from Josh's point of view...and it is extremely entertaining. Josh, in his own mind believes he can own Janelle, get her on her knees and beg for him. But by goodness she never waivers reminding him just who is in charge.

Love this story and its characters so much. Between the angst and drama...there is extreme hotness and by golly you will blush on more than one occasion ( in a good way of course!) I can't wait to read more of Ms Reyes work!

Never fall in love.

Joshua has met his match when it comes to his sexy as hell boss Janelle.

They are both so lock in their ways, that when they let lose a little the sparks truly fly. Janelle does not want to acknowledge that she has feelings for Yoshi (JT) that she keeps try to push him away.

Sexy, sexy, sexy. Did I mention that this book was sexy, was that clear enough.

Wow the heat coming of this book is scorching. JT otherwise known as Joshua or my favorite nickname now of all time Yoshi, is a hot as sin, hard-working delectable piece of fine male craftsmanship. He is sculpted by his impeccable labor in construction, he is handsome, intelligent and full of witty asshole remarks that make you want to hate him and hate to want him. He will have you weak in the knees and begging for more that is unless you are Janelle Walker; Yoshi's match made in hell.

Janelle is ball-busting determined being of beauty and she has JT right by the cojones almost literally, almost all the time, HA! As soon as JT meets Janelle he knows he is doomed, because now the one feminine fatale that he can't stop thinking about is also his new boss. Watch out cause this is right about the time you need a fan, or a bucket of ice because this book goes from hot to steaming to volcanic eruption of lust.

The attraction between JT and Janelle is undeniable, its primal, raw, passionate and flaming. This book will have you melting. I always enjoy the way Elena allows her readers to lose themselves in what is some of the most basest human emotions, feelings and desires. You drown in delight at the unabashed, honest and dirty male POVs she delivers. It saucy, its naughty and it's oh so fun to read.

My only quip with this book is that I felt it was lacking a bit in the romance, while I completely believed in the physical attraction between JT and Janelle I think the emotional connection with the characters both in the story and as a reader was a little off balance for me. HOWEVER, I still enjoyed reading this book and getting a chance to read yet another ardent, fiery and sensual tale by Elena Reyes.

Elena M Reyes has knocked it out of the park yet again with this one!

I am an absolute sucker for a story with a hard to get woman in it and this story just reiterated why I love them so much!

From the very first page I was sucked right into this story. It was fast paced and kept your attention all the way through.

I loved the constant push and pull between Joshua and Janelle. The way these two bounced back and forth was beyond entertaining to read and I loved every second of it. I loved that Janelle showed weakness in regards to her attraction to Josh, and that even though she was desperate to do the right thing and keep the boss/employee relationship appropriate she just had to cave from time to time. That being said, there were definitely times I wanted to give her a good shake just so that I could get to the good stuff, but at the end of it all I was glad that she didn't. The strength that it took within her character to remain professional was more that astounding to me. Lord knows I wouldn't have been so strong myself!

Then we had Josh....this man just drove me wild! I loved how desperate he was to get Janelle but the thing I loved the most about him was how sure he was that he would never to commit to anyone. To be able to read on as he slowly lost the battle and realized that he no longer wanted the bachelor lifestyle was really refreshing. Often I find that the guys just automatically jump on into the relationship in these stories, but oh no not this one. He fights the pull between the two of them tooth and nail positive that it will just be a fling. I loved reading his inner battle as he tried desperately to resist Janelle.

Overall, this was an amazing read about two people desperate to stay apart but unable to resist the connection between the two of them. I would have happily kept reading!!!

If there's one thing I absolutely adore it's a strong heroine.
Not the weak, whiny, always need to be saved woman who can't decide what brand of toilet paper to buy without a man telling her.
Nope, Janelle is one tough chick. She's got to be really, she along with her brother run a successful construction business in which she interacts with men of all types daily. Meaning she's got to have thick skin and a snarky attitude to give them shit right back and put them in their place.
She's not all rough & tough, she does have a heart it's just really hard to find.
Her new employee Joshua aka Yoshi as she refers to him, causes some serious butterflies when she meets him.
He doesn't back down, gives her hell right back and as much as she wants to hate it she can't, there's something magnetic about him.

Joshua relocated to Miami in hopes of a fresh start.
He's outrunning ghosts as well, after watching his father pine for his mother until the day he died Joshua lives by three simple rules....

Never sleep with the same woman more than three times.
Never do Relationships.
Never fall in love.

Until he meets his boss.
This woman does something to him, something he's not used to and honestly not sure how to handle.
He wants her in his bed but he won't let her off that easily.
The strong, independent, ball crusher of a woman isn't going to get what she wants without earning it.
That and begging for it.

I loved Janelle even if at times I wanted to slap the stupid out of her, when it comes to pushing she's got it down to a science. Joshua was easy to love from early on, while he had been a the equivalent of a man whore without a soul, he changed quickly and once committed to his path never veered off. Hell was an interesting read, I honestly didn't know how things were going to end.
4 stars.

I received an arc of this in exchange for an honest review.

You start with Joshua who lives his life with a few simple rules. He doesn't sleep with the same woman more than 3 times. He doesn't do relationships. And he definitely never falls in love. That is until he meets his match in his new boss, Janelle. She's used to men throwing themselves at her, but will Joshua be able to make her his?

There were things I loved about this novel and things I didn't.

This book was super steamy. I was not at all expecting how hot it was. Janelle and Joshua are attracted to each other right from the start. You see sparks fly from their very first meeting when Joshua mistakes her for a secretary.
Joshua is super cocky and demands attention at all times. There are times when the two of them play a cat and mouse game until they finally get on the same page.

I was slightly disappointed that just when the story started picking up, it skips ahead. Joshua and Janelle's relationship is based on them both thinking they are in charge.... so why skip ahead so much? The best parts, in my opinion, got missed in the relationship. Also, there was a lot of swearing. If you look at the books I've read, swearing doesn't bother me. There was over 300 f bombs alone. Once you add in all the versions of the f bomb and other swear words, you're over 400. It became distracting and pulled away from the story.

All in all, a good, sexy read.

This is my first read by this author and was impressed for most of it.

Hell is told from a male perspective. Joshua is in construction, a strong, hard willed man, determined not to let anyone get to close. Set to leave his old live behind he moves on.

Janelle is part owner of Walker constructions and Joshua's new boss, she is strong minded, takes no shit, fiercely independent and holds nothing back. Upon first meeting the sexual tension between these two is off the charts.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, the light hearted banter between Joshua and Janelle, the sexual chemistry, Janelle trying to fight against him, but bam when she does she give in we jump 8 months. What the hell?

This is where it lost it for me, up until this point I loved the book and then it all became rushed, what happened in that 8months? Where we should have seen there relationship grow, we saw nothing. The book ended suddenly, no epilogue, which was disappointing, I personally think it needed one since so much was missed and rush.

Joshua Timbers is starting in a new place, he is not a man who commits to anyone other than himself. When he meets Janelle, one of his bosses, he knows he wants her. Janelle pushes Joshua, who she nicknamed Yoshi, like no other. Time is ticking before Joshua has had enough before he takes what is his, Janelle.

This was an entertaining story, quite different from Elena M. Reyes other reads. Joshua was definitely an intense character. The chemistry is off the charts in this book. If your looking for a steamy read, this is one to pick up.

Loved the fact that the main female character was a strong business woman.

Chemistry was sizzling of the page and was raw & gritty. I have a new found respect for construction workers.

Absolutely loved Hell!!!
Yes Joshua was a dominant man who never let a woman in unless it was for sex. He had his rules and followed them. He's a cocky bastard, but oh so hot!!! Janelle became his boss and his own personal Hell!! She had her own issues and Insecurities when it can to men. Trust was a big issue!! These two battles for dominance and wanted to be the one who landed on top. Through many ups and downs these two craved each other. Needed one another. Fought each other, but always came back for more!!! Fantastic story by Elena!!! Truly adored this book!!!

Hell by Elena M. Reyes

5+++ HOT, INSTANTLY INTRIGED, MIND BLOWING READ
Joshua “JT” Timbers is strong, attractive alpha man. He has no problem getting any woman they throw themselves at him. His life has been rough raised by just his father after his mother his passed away.
JT doesn’t fall in love; he however has a huge sexual appetite. He lands a new job with Walker Construction. Little did JT know that his life would change forever? On his first day he walks in to the job she was there.
JANELLE
Janelle Walker is beautiful inside and out. She is part owner of Walker Construction with her brother Tony. Janelle is has a strong; take no crap type of woman. When Joshua Timbers walks in looking for her brother and assuming she was the help she will give him the run for his money. She nicknames him “ Yoshi” and loves to get under his skin. However she cannot deny the attraction she has for him. She can also tell there is something underneath that cocky strong demeanor.

Joshua is used to be in charge and his boss is not only attractive she is makes him think of a future. Will they be able to put there views aside, and find each other???

Elena M. Reyes novel titled Hell. Elena M. Reyes is an amazing writer. I have read all her novels to date. I love that her books are read from the male point of view. She has me up all night every time she writes a new one. Elena has a great skill of grabbing the reader and then connecting the reader to the characters. You just want them to make it. This author has amazed me with Hell. I loved the humor, the connection with JT and Janelle. The plot was on point; it made the sex scenes so much hotter. I was thoroughly pleased reading this book. I highly recommend this to readers. They can thank me in advance. I do want some more of JT and Janelle in the future.

Holy crap, what a ride!! This book has something you don't see very often; an entire story told from the man's POV. (And what a story it is!)

Joshua is an a$$hole. After the death of his mother years ago, he decided that he will never love a woman, only to lose her. No ties, no commitments, no feelings. That doesn't mean that he will lower his standards, though... You see, he LOVES a challenge; and when it comes to women it's all about the chase. Growing up, he spent all his free time learning the construction industry from the only family he has left; his father and the group of guys he worked with. So it was no surprise that he is one of the best foremen in the industry. After watching his father die of a heart attack on the jobsite he decided he needs a change; a change that will take him from Reno to Orlando and Walker Construction. Which is where he meets the devil in disguise (aka his new boss), Janelle Walker.

Janelle Walker is a ball buster. Co-owner of Walker Construction along with her brother Kevin, she doesn't take anything from anyone; ESPECIALLY the new foreman when he mistakes her for a secretary. After growing up on job sites and earning a black-belt in kickboxing she refuses to back down for any reason. A woman that takes no prisoners, she decides that Yoshi (aka Joshua) is her new whipping boy. There's just one problem. He gives as good as he gets, and he's decided that he wants her.

What happens when two abrasive people who are so similar spend day after day together, trying to fight their attraction? Sparks ignite into an inferno that rivals the depths of HELL.

This is a sexy read and I really hadn’t anticipated just how much I would enjoy it.
Joshua (also known as JT or Yoshi) is a seriously fine specimen, a smoulderingly sexy man who has it all going on!
He is sharp with both mind and body, oh and what a body it is. No gym bunny here ladies, this man has earned his muscles the hard way by hard graft.
Day after day on the building sites have given him a body built for sin – but he is so much more than a pretty picture, he is one clever cookie. But he has a mouth that refuses to engage any sort of brain to mouth filter and constantly ends up putting his foot in his mouth, really at times I wasn’t sure if I wanted to kiss or kick him.
Janelle is the woman that has the capacity to bring him to his knees but there is a problem, she’s his boss but for Joshua he has no such issue because from almost the first time he claps eyes on her, he is smitten.
I liked Janelle, she was a balls to the wall woman who knew what she wanted and how to get it, and the world around the pair of them was set to ignite when they got it on.
The connection between them, well I’m not 100% certain I would be able to put the words down to do it justice, it was feral. Completely consumed by each other there wasn’t a hope that they could deny what was as natural as breathing.
I love the way the author narrates the story from a male perspective and I have to say she completely nails it.

description

Hell by Elena M. Reyes was a great 5 star read.

This is Joshua (JT) and Janelle’s story. When JT meets his new boss he is instantly attracted to her. JT is a hard worker but can be quite the a-hole and comes across arrogant. Janelle is quite the woman, she is a hard working sexy as heck woman. There is something about Janelle that brings JT’s dominate side out in him. Can he get her to submit to him?

This woman brought me down to my knees-demanded that I pay on a daily basis for the lustful thoughts and impulses she, herself, caused.

You can feel their attraction coming off the pages. The sex is off the charts hot. Once you start reading you will not be able to put it down. I have to say that these two were very entertaining at times. Elena M. Reyes does a great job of pulling you in with her writing. I’m looking forward to reading more. 1-click and get started on this great read.

Hell
I received this in exchange for a fair review.
This is a crazy story about Joshua and his struggle with dating his boss. How can he be in charge and still be a good employee? Janelle is not one to be pushed aside she likes to be in charge in every aspect of her life including her relationships. Can two bull heads make this work? They both have a lot to learn about having a relationship and give and take.
Both are use to getting what they want and do not want to budge. Neither are use to being told No.
Joshua has a love for sex and the female body, he never has to work for it and he never has to wait there is always someone willing to fulfill his every fantasy. How can he handle Janelle when she is a spit fire and his boss?
Janelle is use to being in charge working in a male dominated industry; she can hold her own and then some. She will not take flack from anyone she refuses to be pushed aside. She also knows just how to get under Joshua's skin and how to dress to keep his attention at work and home.
There is a lot of sexual tension and of course a lot of sex in this book. I gave it 4 stars because even though it was well written I felt the end was to soon there was a lot left unfinished. I think it was a little rushed. I do think it was well written and it keeps your attention the whole time but I think it needed more. I will read more of her books.

Hell by Elena M. Reyes is a steamy stand-alone romance novel told solely from the man's POV.

Joshua has had it rough and moves to get away and distance himself from his past. When he interviews at Walker COnstruction he mistakes Janelle for a secretary, later learning, to his chagrin, that she is his boss. The spark between these two characters is palpable and the book was a pleasant read. He's an alpha-male with a need to control but she is no wallflower to be dominated. She is sassy, tough and takes no crap from anyone. It's a struggle, at first, for them to admit their attraction and find a balance that works for them.

What didn't quite work for me was the sudden jump in time frame the book takes. I felt like I was missing something. Also, I have a love/hate relationship with epilogues. Sometimes they just seem trite, but I think I would have liked to have seen one here to have an idea of what comes next.

The title of the book is very appropriate as it really is as hot as Hell! When the hero and heroine get together there are some serious fireworks! This is a sexy, entertaining read with a gorgeous, dirty talking alpha male and a tough, ball breaking heroine. The storyline is interesting and kept my interest throughout. The only real negative I have is that the ending felt a little rushed to me. Otherwise I thoroughly enjoyed this book.

The story is told entirely from Joshua's point of view, which really worked for me. We get to delve into Joshua's (very dirty) mind which was really interesting. His boss, Janelle, is as tough as nails and she really gives him a hard time. The dynamic between them was fascinating, there was really great chemistry there.

Hell is a great story with lots of sexy times and two strong lead characters that kept me reading so that I could find out more about them. I liked the author's writing style and I really enjoyed her work. Four stars.

Another fantastic read from Elena M. Reyes. Another book of hers to leave me with a book hangover.

This is a different story for her and it worked so amazingly well.

Joshua is a trained professional in construction, after leaving his home town on a new venture to Orlando, he finds himself working for to spectacular people. One being Joelle.

Joelle is a hot head. A temper like a man and a devil in disguise. She teases and pushes Joshua to no end and always runs in the opposite direction, leaving him begging for more.

She is joshua's personal hell, a girl who tempts the shit out of him. Will she eventually give in and admit defeat?

Love love love this story. it kept me on my toes but it's also frustrating as hell (no pun intended haha) I literally felt Joshua's pain and was laughing at his continuous blue balls. It has some humour as well.

This book will leave you with a hangover that no alcoholic drink could ever give you.

highly recommended!

Explosive!
Wow! The author has really outdone herself with this one, it is intense, and as scorchingly sexy! Joshua is a totally alpha, wet dream waiting to happen and Janelle is herself a sexy, sassy, take no sh!t from anyone, alpha female. The sparks and chemistry between these two will set your reader ablaze! The way they push and pull and resist, makes the sexual tension almost palpable. I was sucked right up into the story, it's fast paced, and most certainly a wild ride. I was also highly amused by the banter and internal frustrations. I found myself completely unable to put the book down, I read it straight through and thankfully and unfortunately at the same time, it isn't too long of a read. I just wasn't ready for the ending when it finally came. This author has a gift for knowing just what buttons to push to keep us hanging on and needing every next bite. I can't wait for more from her. I was given a complimentary copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I thought I hated Joshua because he just seemed so arrogant and very He-man woman hater. But I was wrong. I really loved his dirty mouth and no bullshit attitude. Josh met Janelle and then he was ready to get his shit together and I was team Josh all the way. I thought Janelle was going to be just right to help Josh get his shit together with her ball busting attitude and the fact she has him enthralled immediately. But nope, her indecisiveness made me want to shake her and I wanted Josh to be done with her for more than five seconds after tantrum #7384728. How is Kevin so sweet and amazing? Do they have different parents? Maybe Janelle needed a girlfriend to have a come to Jesus talk? I really tried to sympathize with her because of her past but she was a jerk. By the end of the book the only reason I could tolerate her was because she made Josh happy. Elena writes asshole so well my nerves can't barely handle it.

Hell, by Elena M. Reyes, is a great book. A completely different direction in what I thought it was going to go in, but fantastic none the less.
Many people believe in heaven and hell in a religious type of way. Somewhere people go after they pass, but Joshua didn't believe it for a second. The way he saw things was his version of Heaven and Hell was wrapped up into a tiny, beautiful, intoxicating, hard headed woman. Joshua didn't believe in love, he knew how much it could ruin a person, so when he moved to Orlando he wasn't ready to fall hard and fast. Only problem was his Heaven and Hell, Janelle, was his boss. That fact didn't stop him from knowing he had to have her, and only her. No other woman would do. He just wasn't ready for the turmoil and frustration she put him through. But sometimes bad things need to happen, you have to endure hell before you can enjoy heaven.

Josh is an azz plane and simple. But don't let that fool ya. He simply needs to be brought to hiz knees, sooooo in from stage left Janelle Walker 1 1/2 of Walker Construction, she is use to being da hard azz nobody messes with. No one can get under her skin until coming out of the wings from stage rite The AzzHole Josh and when these two meet in da middle u get a story that's funny, sad, great and annoying :o)...... This was an awesome book and it kept me up all nite and coming back late from break often lol.

Elena M. Reyes. Brings us another fantastic read .You better keep a fan handy, with all the heat coming off of JT and Janelle. Joshua decides that a move is in order and gets a job with Walker Construction. When he meets his new boss the sparks fly. JT and Janelle have many push and pull in their so call relationship. They are both so lock in their ways, that when they let lose a little the sparks truly fly. Janelle does not want to acknowledge that she has feelings for Yoshi (JT) that she keeps try to push him away.
OVERALL IMPRESSION OF THE BOOK
I highly recommend this to readers. If you are looking for scorching book to read then this is the one

Hell by Elena M. Reyes
My Rating 4 Stars
This is a new author for me and what a pleasant surprise.
This story is from the male POV, this isn’t something you get most of the time I found it to be refreshing.
The storyline was great, the characters were exciting and at times intense.
Joshua “aka” Yoshi is a hot alpha male who’s hell bent on getting what he wants. Janelle is a beautiful headstrong woman who cannot deny the attraction she carries for this man. This construction project just got hot as hell, and you must hang on for the ride of your life with these great characters.
This was a fast paced sexy read, I enjoyed it and I’m sure you will as well.

Was excited to read this book being a big fan of Elena M Reyes and it didn't disappoint. I loved this book. The relationship between Joshua and Janelle was rocky, but hot.

Joshua moved to Orlando after the death of his father to start over. After a recommendation from his previous boss he is hired to be the foreman for Janelle and her brother. On his first visit to the site he mistakes Janelle as the secretary and gets flirty with her immediately. Never being in a relationship before makes Joshua want to tame Janelle, but he actually works at it to make it work when he realizes he has real feelings towards her. This is a story of an alpha male and alpha female butting heads and having hot make up sex! In the end these 2 love each other above and fight to make it work.
