All Grown Up by Sadie Grubor is a story about love, heartbreak, friendship, and as the title suggests, growing up. This book starts off when a fourteen year old Chloe meets her neighbor and future best friend Mina. Chloe and Mina are polar opposites of one another. Where Chloe is quiet, shy, and into computers; Mina is outgoing, into fashion, and is very popular. Despite all their differences, a fast friendship is formed and they are inseparable. Mina has a very overprotective older brother, Leo, who Chloe instantly begins crushing on even though she realizes he will never see her as anything other than his little sister's best friend. While this book focuses on Chloe and Leo growing up and realizing their feelings for one another, it also has a large cast of secondary characters that you get to know and see how their stories unfold as well.
What I Liked
*The friendships between the characters. You could tell that these characters really cared for one another and stuck by each other no matter what happened. I think one of my favorite examples of this was Chloe, Mina, and their other girl friend's tradition when one of them was experiencing a bad break-up. All the girls would get together and go to the beach for a bonfire where they would drink and have a man bashing night.
*Chloe and Leo's relationship didn't start out with insta love. While Chloe was instantly attracted to Leo and had a crush on him, it took time for their feelings to develop and for them both to acknowledge those feelings.
*None of the character's stories are perfect. Everyone makes mistakes, has to deal with the consequences, and deals with other life struggles (just like in real life).
What I Struggled With
*This story jumps around a lot. You basically watch the characters grow up from the age of 14 through adulthood so time jumps forward a lot. I felt like this took away from experiencing what the characters were going through and inhibited me from connecting with the characters as much as I could have. Like I was given the description of some of the major events in their lives, but I didn't really get to experience it along with the characters.
*I didn't feel like I connected with the characters as much as I could have. Chloe and Leo's decisions really confused me at times and I didn't understand why they chose to do what they did.
*Chloe made a decision that really upset me and I lost a lot of respect for her character. She never really redeemed herself in my eyes.
Overall, I would give this story 2 stars for the reasons mentioned above. I am in no way discouraging you from reading this book. Different books work for different people, so just because this book didn't necessarily work out for me, doesn't mean it won't work out for you. I still plan on reading other books from this author; her Modern Arrangements series is on my TBR :)

When the book starts, 14 year old Chloe meets her neighbors that live next door. She quickly forms a friendship with Mina, the girl that lives next door and is her age, and Chloe also develops a crush on Mina's older brother Leo.
Chloe is a total computer nerd and Mina the complete opposite of Chloe, but despite that, they maintain their friendship through the years.
Years later, one night at a party, Leo sees this tall brunette dancing and is completely mesmerized by her. He soon finds out that it's Chloe. Even though he knew Chloe from her living next door since they were young, he doesn't recognize her initially since she's grown up so much. He develops feelings for Chloe after that night.
Chloe, of course has always thought Leo would see her as nothing but a little sister, so when she's told by Mina and other people that Leo has feelings for her she doesn't believe them. Despite the fact that they both feel a pull towards one another when they are around each other, Chloe has a hard time accepting it at first. She misinterprets his attempts to spend time with her and get to know her better as him just acting like a "big brother" when Leo is actually trying to spend time with her to get to know her better since he has such strong feelings for her.
Eventually Chloe realizes that Leo may not be seeing her as a "little sister" and accepts that they both have feeling for each other.
I don't want to give away the whole story, so you'll have to read the book to see what happens from there. I will say that I was on an emotional roller coaster reading this book. This book is filled with love, heartbreak, lies, deception, jealousy, infidelity, death, and so much more that I don't want to mention or I'd give away too much.
I have read some of Sadie's books before, so I started this book with high expectations because I've loved her books before. I overall DID enjoy this book, but I felt that the first couple chapters were a bit rushed. Because of the fact that the book started with them as 14 year olds and quickly skipped through the years within the first couple chapters for Chloe and Mina to be nearing adulthood, I was honestly a bit confused at the very beginning because the different people in the book were introduced so quickly that I had a hard time keeping track of who everyone was. As time went on though, I really did enjoy the story (even though there were times of frustration) and by the end of the book, I can honestly say that despite the confusion of the first few chapters, I did overall like the book.
I would definitely recommend this book to others, and of course I'll be reading more of Sadie's books in the future!

I was fourteen when it happened. The day that changed my life, as much as it was, forever. The day the Mackeys moved in to the house next door.
Chloe Fisher gained a best friend AND future soul mate the day the Mackeys moved in next door. Mina seemed too pretty and perfect to stick around as her bff, but their relationship took hold and grew into something akin to sisterhood. Leo…sweet, handsome and all kinds of hot Leo! Chloe knew the second she saw him that he was the man for her. And she was only fourteen!
There’s a whole lot to like about this book. I love the friends to lovers, brother of best friend romantic trope and this book offered just that. When Leo, home from college and not having seen his sister's best friend in years, finally caught a glimpse of the seventeen year old, all grown up version of Chloe, he felt something profound shift inside of him. Or maybe that movement had something to do with his ever expanding crotch. Yep, it was probably the crotch thing. Regardless, he would never look at Chloe as just his baby sister’s best friend again. So starts the long, frustrating and sometimes erratic journey that is Chloe and Leo’s relationship.
There were several things I’ve come to appreciate about this story. Chloe, Mina, Roni and Christy had what can only be described as an amazing relationship with one another. These girls had each other’s backs through everything! Unplanned pregnancies, unfortunate miscarriages, brothers acting like jackasses and everything else life can possibly throw at a person never deterred these ladies and the honest love they felt for each other. It’s refreshing to read a book where the author didn’t use a trusted female relationship as a device for deception and drama. Well done, Ms. Grubor!
As much as I liked the female relationships in this story, I had a hard time following Chloe and Leo’s story. Nothing seemed to make sense and very few issues were elaborated on enough for me to give a shit. Chloe and Leo hook up and finally have a chance to be together, and he blows her off because he thinks she’s blowing him off. But nothing’s ever discussed! He loves her, she loves him, they have other romantic relationships due to lack of communication and on and on!
My other BIG issue is that this book was more a “tell don’t show” kind of story. We never got to delve too deeply into any character’s feelings because it was discussed in an almost detached way and then we moved on to something else. I needed some actual, honest reaction to the events taking place. This book covers a decade plus and there was a whole lot of stuff that ended up being skimmed over and forgotten. I wasn’t really old enough to watch Dallas or Falcon Crest when those shows were popular, but this book reminds me of what I think those shows would look like in book form. A WHOLE LOT OF BIG TIME DRAMA takes place over the course of this book and after a while it became a matter of too much drama, not enough actual emotion for me. This could’ve been two seriously powerful books had there not been so much ground to cover and squeeze into one book.
Overall I liked but didn’t love All Grown Up. I did enjoy the characters Sadie Grubor created, even if I didn’t get to know them as much as I’d like, so I will be on the lookout for her future books.

Its a story mixed with true friendship, love, romance, heartache, love lost, love gained and finding yourself.
At the very beginning, I wasn't sure how I felt about the book because it skipped through the years so quickly and so many characters were introduced so quickly that I felt it got a bit confusing, but it wasn't long before I really got into the book and didn't want to put it down. I had to see how it ended.
It was a story of friendship that developed when a family moved in next door to another family. Chloe, being a more shy girl and Mia being an outgoing type. Mina has an older brother Leo who is very protective of her. Both families become close and spend a lot of time together. Chloe develops a crush on Leo, but Leo only think of her as his little sisters best friend. As they grow older, Leo sees Chloe in a different light. She has grown up into a beautiful young lady. There is a spark between them that is undeniable. Chloe has a hard time admitting that Leo could feel anything for her other than a friendship like a little sister. They eventually act on their feelings, but as time goes by, they go their separate ways (all the while still never losing their love for one another).
There were POVs from Leo and Chloe (the two main characters), but at the same time, there were many other characters who played a part in the book to bring it all together. Chloe and Leo had a love that never died, even though they went their separate ways for awhile, they always seemed to be drawn back together again. There were many highs and lows, trials and tribulations that they endured, love and heartache and then finding their way back to each other again. It was a love that was always there even when they were not able to be together. Many things happen over time, and they both go through some life changing things, but not without some heartache, anger and life altering challenges. Reality happens and sometimes you may have admit when you are wrong, no matter what the cost.
What I loved was the circle of friends that were there for each other no matter what, through the good times and bad times. I thought the book was well written.

Before you endeavour to read this book be warned… you will literally see not just a portion of someone's life but literally an epic 10000 page drama of their entire lives. (well, basically)
I honestly enjoyed this book, the only problem for me was that literally everything that could have happened, happened to this couple.
WOAH… see i feel like I need to catch my breadth after all that. I mean can you say intense drama. I feel like that was six books in one.
But I will say, even though the story did not mesh as well due to the longevity and time span the book covered, the writing was still fun to read. There were some great scenes, funny and witty dialogue and great side characters with their own drama and intrigue.
I will give this book a solid 2.5!

Well lets be honest i only was curios to read this book because of the cover. I was expected to read another YA and that typical-i-fell-inlove-with-my-best friends'brother kind of story. But boy was i in shock. I absolutely loved this story i feel like i just finished reading a series! literally there is a book idea in each paragraph of this book.
Normally i'm not such a fan with unnecessarily events but this was almost perfect. The story line was amazing. The plot, there was more than one to be honest and all of them were perfect and smoothly written .
This book is about a bunch of young people just living life and dealing with everyday events. They made mistakes, the fell in love, the got their heart broken,they moved on, the grew up.
I loved everything about this book.
The Author did a great job on this book. All of the characters round/and main were fantastic. How she smoothly moved the time in this book years and years just in one sentence is awesome.
I highly recommend it!

Wow wow and wow! this book put me through one hell of a roller coaster of emotions -
Spread over quite some years the story of Chloe and Leo goes through it all and I mean through it all - crush, love, hate, sex, marriage, divorce, cheat, death, kids....my oh my....and it moves fast though not fast enough.
There were plenty of moments where I couldn't handle going through this with Chloe and Leo, I was fuming, livid and if it hadn't been 2am I would have shouted at my kindle and probably beat it up!
If I was in my teenage years what i would learn from this book is that you have to be honest, effing honest with your feelings, don't hide them because you think you have to be responsible you might just end up taking one hell of a ring road and you're not guaranty the destination will be what your heart truly wants.
Spread over quite some years the story of Chloe and Leo goes through it all and I mean through it all - crush, love, hate, sex, marriage, divorce, cheat, death, kids....my oh my....and it moves fast though not fast enough.
There were plenty of moments where I couldn't handle going through this with Chloe and Leo, I was fuming, livid and if it hadn't been 2am I would have shouted at my kindle and probably beat it up!

I am not sure why I took the time to finish it. The writing was juvenile - the first half reads like a young adult book, which is fine except that it then the reader is thrown into detailed sex scenes which is pretty weird after accepting that you're reading about a 16 yr old. And the sex scenes use the same language each time, so apparently the writer has her comfortable sex terms and never varies. You could swap one out for another and never notice.
Still curious why the parents are always only referred to by their children by their first names. I was a kid who called my parents by their first names when very small, and this was totally atypical and weird enough that I stopped doing it. When this happens, there is generally a reason - but for some reason, all the characters with their varying familial relationships do this with their parents and it was very odd.
With strange transitions and very little reason for conflict except repeated character stupidity, I would recommend finding something else to read.

this book is great. it grabbed me from the beginning and I couldn't put it down, but unfortunately life happened and I had too, but i picked it right back up. about half way through my heart dropped into my stomach, but then it was brought back out and it was a rollercoaster of emotions and I loved every minute.

This book was just OK, at best. The premise is one of my favorites: best-friends-to-lovers, second-chance romance, all that jazz. But this was executed quite poorly, in my opinion.
The first 30% is all telling not showing, and frankly just seems to be a retelling of an itinerary of parties and gatherings, following a bunch of people around with no purpose or indication at all why we as the reader are invited to witness it all. There is no arc being developed, either character or plot-wise, so it's hard to see where this is going or why I should care about any of it.
It also reads quite choppily, as we are narrated to by a lot of different view points. I personally find this a very lazy new trend; I realize it's harder to tell from just one, but that's rather the point of writing a good book, no? Well, here we sometimes swap between FOUR different people, which is just messy and unnecessary. Moreover, even then we are somehow still not getting to see the good stuff, the stuff that would really bring us in and get us to care. For instance, we're meant to believe our two main characters are best friends, and we are told this because they "talk for hours." But that's as far as it goes, and we are never, in fact, privy to any if these conversations. We never get to see for ourselves that they're great together. Or individually, for that matter: we never learn what subject our hero studies, or what job he has after graduating. Or the nuances of who these people are -- what does her room look like, what was the weather like and how do they feel about it...
All in all, it's a case of immature characters and very flat, one-sided, inexperienced writing. For example, we see 3 different characters resort to throwing a pillow/pen/magazine etc. at each other in the span of 2 pages. Evidently every person on the planet also uses their feet to remove another person's pants... Characters should have distinguishable qualities, not all be written the same way. It's bland. Similarly, the parents are entirely unbelievable, having positions of authority in town but condoning underage drinking in their house. These people don't exist, and you never want anyone thinking that about a character.
Finally, there's some pretty bad editing issues, as well: in the middle of the book a character's name changes from Dom to Gio; the kid's middle name from Kenneth to Charles; the hero's eyes from hazel to green... though that last one might sadly have been intentional. Problematic either way, to be honest.
I made it to the end but pretty mediocre all-said-and-done, and something I personally might recommend only for passing an hour while waiting in the dentist's office or some such...

Let me count the ways in which I love Sadie Grubor.
One, the characters she develops are so well rounded and realistic. She doesn’t write stories with just the main characters, she writes stories where every character could be the main character. The circle of friends, the bonds they hold, add a great quality to every story, and are a huge part of main character’s lives. They add to each of the main characters, allowing the reader to understand their personalities better while revealing more about the characters than they can reveal through dialogue. They add humor, tenacity, realism and a warm fuzzy feeling in which people can relate a little easier to the story.
Two, while the plot lines to the stories may not be 100% original, she makes them original through her story telling abilities. I can guarantee that while you may have read a story where a woman gets propositioned for marriage due to some personal reason, or where childhood acquaintances find true love, you have never read a story like Sadie’s.
Three, she mixes great doses of romance, angst, comedy and conflict perfectly. Giving the reader just what they need to feel fulfilled with the story they have read; falling in love with the characters, hating their actions, finding jealousy in their passion. Creating a world in which you can escape to while also finding solace in, a world you can relate to and realize that everything will be as it should in the end.
All Grown Up is a tale of heartache, love, friendship, finding yourself, and admitting when you are wrong. The story starts off when Chloe and her best friend, Mina, are young, being introduced when the Mackey’s move in next door You get a good dose of teenage years all the way into adulthood. Leo is Mina’s older brother, her older college attending brother. ;) While Leo and Chloe fight against their true feelings, you see the characters grow, blossom into adulthood. Blossom into the real world where real world decisions must be made. No one is perfect and I know there are thousands of people who can relate to this tale.
With laugh out loud moments, moments of heartbreak, anger and teenage man slamming, this book will have you hooked from the beginning and rooting for a relationship that never had a chance to bloom.

not a romance, more like a chronicle of mistakes
The story was bad, definitely not for me. The author used a derogatory slur, twice in fact, once in her POV, then again in his POV, as if once was not enough. I finished reading the book and my rating is for the book not the author. I do not recommend this book to anyone.

I'm not really sure how well I liked this book. I liked the concept of falling for your best friends brother BUT...
At first I liked Chloe but then I found her annoying and then I kinda liked her again. I always like Leo.
Chloe was a little slow when it came to Leo, I think the only true emotion she showed was when Leo got *******. I really didn't buy the reason why Leo unofficially broke up with Chloe and I didn't buy why Chloe kept her secret for so long. I like a little antsy but when you throw people in where it doesn't make sense to just cause some anguish, UGH NO! The person that was with Chloe, I mean come on and then what happened to him, Come on! She didn't even grieve that relationship, so why even bother?!
Why was that thing thrown in about the parents WTH?!
Could have been better, it felt rushed and had too many other character stories. Mina and Roni should he gotten their own books.

Everything is not as it seems. At first I thought this was the-girl-next-door-fairytale. But the path to get there is a little bumpy and adventurous. Chloe always crushed on Leo. Decisions were made and life had some serious turn. It also had funny ones, but they got there.
I really liked it because for me it was carefree, everyone remade their life and reunited. I loved Domenico. I love Leo. Mina rocks. I really liked it.

I got this as it was on offer and had read all the other books by this author, at first I thought it would be a teen romance but the story grew, I was so into this story I read it all at once couldn't put it down. I'm actually glad this story went through a long period of time and how it turned out and that HEA can happen,loved this book.

All Grown Up is a very good book I loved all the characters in this book I felt like I really known them I was glad that Leo and Chloe got back together even though I like the way the book ended it left me wondering if Chloe got pregnant again or not

So, the rating for this book fell in the middle for me. But this book still made it to my favorites (which, I think no 3-star book has done before). Why you ask? I can't really answer that. I don't know. This book didn't really draw me in until about the halfway mark and then my heart was racing and I was nervous and anxious about what they were going to do. I liked the last 30-40% of the book and I think that is what made it a 'favorite.' But a lot of parts about the book bothered me. Leo had sort of a legit reason to distance himself from Chloe. Now, having said that, I can't excuse it because he was older than her and should have handled it better. Pushing away from Chloe is an immature thing to do, rather than sit down and talk to her about everything. They never really had a deep conversation where he explained what he wanted from her, he just assumed she wasn't old enough to give it to him. Everything else that happened was equal parts their faults. Both of them make such dumb, immature and rash decisions. I warn you, this book is filled with DRAMA. And again I have to question why this is a 'favorite' when I normally avoid such books; especially since I ended up skimming through quite a few chapters in the book. Furthermore, a lot of chapters are filler chapters. Nothing really substantial happens but the author writes these huge scenes where the characters just hang or talk. Part of me likes it, because I feel like she did this just to build some more chemistry/angst between the characters. Another part feels like there were too many of these scenes, most of then didn't make me laugh as I think the author intended them to, and they are too big. Also, Dom was a problem for me. I get that he was never going to be Chloe's permanent husband. Like, when he enters the scene and you know that it won't last because she'll end up with Leo. That's how romance novels work, so this had to as well. But I feel like we should have felt something for Dom, become connected to him or at least like him a bit. But the character is so obviously unimportant that he becomes part of the backdrop really. But, despite their numerous mistakes, I actually like Chloe and Leo, along with Roni and Mina. So I'd recommend this book to anyone interested in drama, long romances, heartbreak, and sex lol

All grown up drove me crazy! their was so much to process and understand during this book, which kept me hooked. I could not put this down.
there is so much I need to say about this book but I'm a 'no spoiler' reviewer, which makes this so much harder and you will understand when it's your time to review the book considering everytime we learned one thing another mystery would pop up.
Chloe Fisher, computer and gaming nerd who finds comfort hiding in the background and being invisible that is until a new family occupies the house next door and Mina Mackey arrives like a hurricane. As much as Chloe doesn't see any relationship forming between the nerd girl and the Barbie girl, they instantly become bestfriends and as close as sisters. Being friends with Mina automatically made Chloe visible and during the road to self discovery she learned to indulge it, she's still the computer nerd but she shows her beauty farther than hide it. Making her noticeable to alot of guys but most importantly Leo Mackey...
Leo always looked at Chloe as his sister's best friend and as a sister, but during a visit home from college in Seattle he can't believe his eyes when he see the 'new' Chloe.
"Jesus fucking Christ, when did Chloe look like that"
However he convinces himself he can't go their with Chloe, never...
"Fuck she grew into such a hot...like a little sister, Leo like little sister"
But with more and more of his visits it becomes impossible to Deny his feelings for her and soon everyone around him knows, all but one... Chloe, as much as people keep telling her she can't accept that Leo finds her more than anything but a sister especially since she had such a crush on him when she was 14 she just won't go there.
Once Leo makes his feelings clear their is no denying it any longer...
I loved Leo and Chloe's relationship when they were younger, it was fun and exciting but as they grew and life happened with all its situations I could not express how much this book wasn't going the way I wanted it to go. Leo needed to fight for what he wanted. he got there in the end, a little late but not too late.
This book would not be right without the secondary characters, during the first half it was mainly revolved around friendship.
Chloe, Mina, Roni and Christy.
Leo, Max, Oliver and Randy.
An unbreakable bond and always someone to rely on.
I recommend this book so much! I was hooked from start to finish, packed full of drama and tricky situations. such a rollercoaster ride.

Loved this book!
The story starts when Chloe is 14 and Mina and Leo move in next door. Chloe and Mina become best friends and, along with two other girls, form little but solid group of friends. The story follows them along as they grow up. We get to see their first relationships, first losses, graduations, first babies, marriages and many many many other things. Because the book covers events in such a long time period at points it may feel like you are missing out on things, but I didn't really feel that. I liked that we got to see all the important events that would lead to whatever decision that impacted the people/group.
Let's talk about the characters. The story changes points of view quite a few times and most made sense (not so much when it was one of the parents). The story focuses on Chloe's life and her relationship with Leo. I loved these characters. Didn't really agree with what happened about 3/4 of the way through the book but oh well. It was interesting to see how one event/decision can have such an impact for so many years. It wasn't just Chloe and Leo's relationship that kept me hooked on the story, it was her relationship with all her friends and family. They are all interesting in their own ways and it was cool to see snippets of their lives and not just focus on the main character.
I definitely recommend this book simply because it is interesting to see characters change and grow over such a long timeline. (Not going to lie, it does get a bit confusing because you're like hey this 14 year old is talking dirty and having sex and then I would have to remind myself that, no, wait she's older than that now lol). Plus there are some adorable moments that involve a treehouse connecting two houses. So yes, definitely check this out if you get a chance.
P.s. As someone named Veronica, I LOOOVE that the character Veronica's nickname was Roni, not Ronnie (little pet peeve of mine lol)

I have never read a more frustrating couple as Chloe and Leo. And yet, their totally messed up story had me glued to my Kindle for 5 hours straight. I could not stop until I was 100% done. The book starts with a 14 year old Chloe in the summer before her freshman year of high school. Her new neighbor, Mina, becomes her best friend and she instantly has a crush on her older brother Leo. The story quickly progresses to the summer before senior year. Leo has come back for the summer and can't believe that the beautiful brunette is Chloe. Now he is the one that is crushing.
It takes a few month but their romance soon blossoms and takes off. Until the following summer when it all comes crashing to a halt because Leo was an idiot. Yes I am totally taking the girl's side on this one. He totally screwed up and because of that their relationship ends without any real closure. Over the net several years they try to move on but they both make mistakes that mess with their lives. To be frank, everything becomes a giant clusterfuck. So much drama and they find themselves entangled is a web of lies. It was a wreck, but a wreck I couldn't tear my eyes away from nonetheless. Could they possibly salvage any kind of relationship with each other?
This was a long book and spanned from Chloe's teens to probably late twenties. I enjoyed the story of Chloe's and Leo's sweet teenage love. When Wilhelmina “Mina” moved in next door, she declared that she and Chloe were going to be best friends. And they were. Nothing got in the way. Chloe was the “geeky” girl. Mina was the “Perky” girl. Eventually Chloe’s cousin, Veronica “Roni”, came to live with Chloe, and it became a trio. They were inseparable. Chloe had a crush on Mina’s bigger brother Leonard “Leo” for years. He never noticed her until her senior year. Then he realized she was all grown up. He and his two buddies from college, Oliver and Max, came home one weekend to find the girls dancing at the beach, having a blast. Once Leo takes notice, he gives in and pursue his feeling towards Chloe. They had a whirlwind affair, but it ends abruptly. Not long after their relationship ends, Chloe hears that Leo has moved on and he’s engaged! Hurt, Chloe moves on as well. Fast forward a few years, both are in a failing marriages and happen to see each other again. When Leo over sees Chloe get in the car with her husband, he takes off disappearing again, not answering her calls. Chloe is hurt that Leo has left her…again. One of the best books i have read. I read this all in 1 night because it was so good. I can't believe how good it is. I could read this book again. The story is mainly about Chloe and Leo and their long lasting relationship. There is plenty of other characters in the book which are Chloe and Leo's friends. It starts off when the kids are all young when Chloe meets Mina(Leo's sister), and the 2 become best friends. This story watches them all grow up going through high school and college to having jobs. Leo and Chloe's relationship goes from a little crush for each other for years to more. But if you want a happy ever after there must be rough times to happen. As they group up their friends fall in love also. Halfway throughout the book you will think that Leo and Chloe's relationship has gone to hell. And It broke my heart to watch these to people go through things and lead to different lives. Everything bad and heartbreaking that could ever occur in a love story happens in this book. And then when you think that everything may work out something major happens and it was killing me to read it (in a good way). But the last 20% of the book is epic. It's like heaven has beaten hell and then everything is starting to be right in the world. And then with 10% of the book to go will you everyone get their happily ever after. This is the first book iv'e read to have a truly good ending. I going to compare this book to Fifty Shades of Grey minus the BDSM. And it was told from both Leo and Chloe's point of view including sometimes Oliver, Mina and Elaine(Leo's mum).

i fucking hated this book, the only reason why i gave it 2 stars is because i really liked the beginning and then the author has to go and fuck everything up by breaking them up and not resolving their problems with each other, i mean i would of understood if they would of actually had a good reason for breaking them up and then the author has to go and marry them to different people i just couldn't believe it.
i normally don't write reviews i normally just enjoy the book ant rate it but i got so worked up that i had to write about it and get it off my chest!
the author had a very good idea about this book and i think it would of been 5 star material if she wouldn't of gone as far as marrying the two main characters with different people and creating families for them, i just still cant believe it, it messed with my head and it was hard to finish and i really wish that the book would of ended before the whole set up of different families for each character.
but either than that i really liked all the characters and that they all stayed together and stayed friends throughout the whole book.
