How to Discipline Your Vampire

Rate this book
In this exciting paranormal erotic romance, a dominant schoolteacher with a serious role-play fetish finds the perfect submissive in an infamous vampire lover.

Cerise Norrell, Type A substitute teacher by day, is ready to quit being a domme. Despite her best intentions, none of her partners can keep up with her scene fetish and attention to detail—let alone her demand that they have a costume and set waiting every afternoon by the time she’s home from school.

Over a dozen potential subs have left her in the past year, but just when Cerise thinks it’s impossible—that she’ll have to go back to vanilla relationships, or be alone forever—she meets William, who wants to make all her fantasies come true. He turns her home into a geisha’s dream apartment, a concert hall with a grand piano (which he uses to play an original composition while wearing a tuxedo), and even rents an abandoned loft for a zombie apocalypse scene—complete with canned goods.

But there’s something strange about William. Well, a lot of strange things. He must be absurdly rich, since he can afford to provide extravagant costumes and props on a daily basis without having to leave work early. He must be insane, since he puts up with Cerise’s over-the-top demands. And most importantly, he doesn’t redden when he’s spanked, and his skin is as cool as satin sheets. When Cerise discovers she’s become dome to the infamous “Chilly Willy,” as he’s known throughout the BDSM urban lore, she begins to find out there’s a whole lot more to her handsome submissive than a creative mind and a hard body.

And when it’s William, ironically, who starts pressing Cerise to give him the kind of commitment she’s never given anyone, it’ll take everything she has to work through her issues, confront her past, and learn to be vulnerable.

Add this to your goodreads shelf. Feel free to mark it with Five stars. It will blow your panties off your body and then use your undies to make a puppet show to entertain your genitals. Your vagina will actually laugh out loud while having a bookgasm. You can't believe how much you missed this book being in your collection until it is there, wearing pasties and telling your other books to bend over for a little spatula action.

The original summary for the fan fic: Bella is a math teacher by day, a strict Domme by night. Edward is a sub looking for someone to punish him for his misdeeds. Probably the only BDSM comedy you will ever read. Probably the only vamp-subward you’ll ever meet.

This had to be one of the most laughably bad Twilight fan fictions every posted on the internet. While I believe the author intended it to be cheeky, it overshoot that goal and became a ridiculous trainwreck pretty freaking quick.

Then again the premise is pretty silly. Bella, or in this case Cerise (why can't any of these published Bella's have a regular name like Jane?), is a mild mannered teacher by day and a sassy Domme by night. Her life is turned upside down when she takes on a new client who happens to be a vampire.

I'm curious to see how much "Mina" aka Snowwhiteheart stripped away from the Twilight world. Since she regularly forgot the Stephenie Meyer's Twilight mythos in regard to the sparkly stone hard vampires when writing the lulz worthy sex scenes that felt more clinical than sexy.

Don't even get me started on the offensively inaccurate portrayal of BDSM (not to mention sex work, let's not even go there). Please for the love of all that's holy do not take a shred of what Domme Bella or Cerise (god what the fuck with that name?) says to be accurate. In fact, she's about the worse Domme I've seen in action. I wouldn't trust this woman with a toy dog, muchless a human submissive. Which is sadly not that different than a lot of FAKE BDSM erotica on the market. Written my ignorant and/or misinformed people who want to capitalized on the taboo while having little to no regard or respect for the community of real life people they're stigmatizing.

Then again that kind of lazy writing characterizes this story as a whole. This is all tell and very little show. With excessive amounts of Thesaurus abuse, where Edward's voice is velvety, sultry and every other kind of $0.02 descriptor you can think of, but there's no real depth to his character that is actually shown on the page. He, much like Bella are two dimensional paper dolls being moved through the story not by realistic motivations, but contrived plot devices and forced emotions.

That's the thing, as a fan fic that's dependent on your knowledge that these characters are the Edward and Bella from Twilight, the story is hollow, and soulless. Half of the humor is in referencing the source material, and without that this is just watching two empty people going through the motions.

Oh, who [Spoiler Alert] fall in love and of course, live happily ever after. Because that's what Edward and Bella ALWAYS do. I doubt that part, or much of anything in this story has been changed other than the names.

Let's hope for the sake of whomever buys this book she spent some of the advance she got from the publisher on a good editor and some writing classes, because even at $1.99 I can't see this sad little story being worth even one cent of someone's hard earned money.

This is a fun waste of time, that you could laugh at with your friends, when it was free Twilight fan fiction, but I have a hard time believing that even the most skilled writer and editing team could breath life or depth into it.

This book was so much fun! Highly recommended for those who love steamy, original stories with minumum angst.

My Cerise and William:

"Mistress Cherry" is a Domme. Demanding, detail-oriented, perfection seeking Domme with high standards. Unfortunatelly, she cannot find the right sub to fullfil her requirements. But than she meets William who seems to be perfect at everything. Even though he seems to be ideal submissive, there is something strange about him. And when lines between Domme and sub start to blur, things get very interesting...

Topic in this book was refreshing, original and different from my usual reads. I loved that. Role-plays and talking, everything was sensual and extremely sexy. I really enjoyed reading this book. Plot was well-balanced with steamy parts and together it created very entertaining read. Congratulations to Mina Vaughn to this amazing debut novel!

Cerise is one independant and sexy woman. She knows what she wants and she wouldn't be satisfied with anything less. She is smart, likes challenges but there is this baggage from her past that unables her to be truly happy.

William was fascinating character. Tantalizing, artistic, charismatic and smooth talker. He would have done anything to please Cerise and to get into her good graces. Ideal man, right? Or is he not?

This was my first Domme book and I was really impressed with this debut novel. It was smartly written, never boring and I devoured it in one sitting. The only thing that bothered me was how easily Cerise accepted all those William's secrets. But it never ruined my reading experience. Definitely keep an eye on this book!

I had the fortune of reading this early. Which should make you INSANELY jealous, because this book is a RIOT.

Mina Vaughn is a terrific writer, master of making you laugh, making scenes sizzle, and making you forget the world as you get caught up in her work.

There have been a lot of people jumping on the BDSM bandwagon. Some do it poorly. Some do it well. This book is a sexy gasp of fresh air. Mina's debut shows she's got a firm grasp of the crop, and the genre.

5 stars, and I wait for her future books with grabby raccoon hands.

Brooding vampire meets Domme porn meets theater class. Add in some cutting edge pop culture snark, and that pretty much sums up "How to Discipline your Vampire".

Cerise Norrel: substitute teacher by day, Domme Madame Cherry each weeknight, and flannel loving ice cream eater by weekend. She is a dominatrix with very specific needs, living in a world of boring everyday BDSM. She just doesn't want a man to tie up, she wants the magic of performance and role play to enhance each experience. And no one has been able to meet her requirements for too long, until she meets him.

Enter William "Chilly Willy" Gentry. He is reading to submit in every possible way to Madame Cherry. But is getting what she wants, really everything she needs?

As you know, I am a sucker for trashy books. This book was a riot. It is rare to find a writer who is genuinely funny, but can still create a fabulous sex scene. Also, I am very thankful that the plot was NOT filled annoying self-destructing women characters who create problems that do not exist. The issues Cerise has are real, and fixable.

My takeaway:

The past cannot be rewritten, nor the future completely planned.

I really enjoyed this story, it was a beautiful and hot tale of 2 people learning to trust and getting over their baggage. I think what I liked the most was that William being a vampire was a non issue it was all about who he and Cerise were and the people they wanted to be. This was a complex and interesting journey they both took each other on. I did spend a lot of the last half of the book waiting for the other shoe to drop as they were just too happy and when it did I felt my heart twist but they way it was resolved was not only satisfying but realistic. I will so be reading more from this author and soon.

I'm of two minds on this book. I'm not sure if I want to give it two stars or three. I suppose it doesn't matter so much since whichever one I give it, it'll still only be a mediocre book. I wanted to like it more because it was REALLY funny. But after I was done and thinking about how to write this review, I found myself picking out more and more things that I really didn't like about it.

The female main character, Cerise, is a Domme and is looking for the right man to be her submissive. I was very intrigued by having a female Domme. I'm pretty sure I've never read anything like that before. Maybe it was just me but I felt like Cerise let me down pretty quickly. I never really warmed up to her. She was very picky about her men... but it wasn't just that simple. She was nit-picky. I mean, she had ALL of these specifications about what they had to be able to do, etc and I just felt it was really unrealistic. She wants a guy to be self-employed?? I mean, that alone is enough to make her half to turn away 90% of the men she meets. Come on! Plus she was bitchy and closed off. It just made little to no sense to me. When she finally meets someone who matches her qualifications, we find out that she has SERIOUS commitment issues. But it seemed to me that if she just spoke a little more openly to her sub, things wouldn't be so difficult for them. She's supposed to be this demanding Domme who can take what pleasure she likes while at the same time, know what pleasure or punishment to give her sub and then later, she's supposed to be able to take care of him. But she's not even able to talk out her commitment phobias? To me, that makes her seem weak and it makes her seem like an unreliable Domme. So the conclusion that I came to after finishing the book was that she was a crappy Domme who was kind of a bitch. That didn't make for a great female character.

Then there was William. He's a vampire and he's looking for a Domme for himself. Since he's a vampire, he's had some difficulty in finding someone. He can't really be hurt... paddling him doesn't make his ass red so what's the fun in that? His hands and....other places... are really cold and that seems to bother a lot of his previous Dommes. I felt bad for William because he had such a bad time finding the right partner. I didn't love seeing a man as a submissive though. I found myself thinking that it made him less manly. But it wasn't too bad because the author didn't make William all sniveling and pathetic. I have no idea how she did it, but she did!! So I wasn't disgusted by him but I think he wasn't as sexy as he could have been. I mean, he has all of the vampire powers but it was sort of wasted on him since he was a submissive vampire. Plus, vampire super speed isn't all that sexy. Sure, its cool and fun. But its not particularly sexy. Really, all William was looking for was a companion... someone to love and who would love him back. Needless to say, this was a huge roadblock for Cerise and William!

The main reason that this book got any stars at all is for the humor! It was so funny! Like laugh out loud funny! My favorite parts were with Cerise and Bizzy. Bizzy is Cerise's vagina. Bizzy is a she and she is VERY opinionated. Don't get me wrong: Cerise isn't sitting around having a conversation with her vagina or anything; its more like Bizzy was wondering when William would stop talking and start licking. Silly things like that. Cerise describes her as being kind of a heckler since Bizzy always wants to get down to the dirty, sexy stuff right away! I'm doing a horrible job of explaining it but trust me, I was literally laughing out loud while I was reading this. Bizzy is such a little slut!!! LMAO!!

Something else that kind of bothered me was that it felt like some plot lines just sort of fizzled away and some characters didn't seem to have much purpose. There was a little drama with one of Cerise's ex-subs that I thought would have been a really great way to bring Cerise and William closer but it wasn't ever resolved. He never turned into a full blown stalker or anything. There was just no further mention of him. Then there's Cerise's friend who didn't really do anything or have any kind of arc. She just met with Cerise once or twice and gave Cerise attitude, essentially. I mean, what was the point of either of these things!?

I feel terrible but I just can't recommend this book. It gets an automatic star deduction because it was originally Twilight fan fiction. I feel like its cheating or plagiarism to use characters from another author's book and change their names and then make money on that. Then, I didn't really ever warm up to Cerise and I thought William was stripped of his masculinity. Plenty of laughs enabled me to finish this book but it really didn't do very much for me.

HOLY SHIT!
See? How awesome this book is? Finally I found time to write a review on this one, I really want to review this book after read it but I have exams so I need to study. This book leaves a mark on my heart, yeah im being sentimental here. Hahaha I just really love this book! Fcuking Italian Vampire!

Okay where to start? I really don’t know how I will start this review for this book. Oh Gosh! Too much feels.

This book is so original, sexy fun to read.

Meet one of my favorite bitch girls in the world of fictions, Cerise. I don’t know at first if I will like her or hate her because she’s really a bitch at first and at the near end of the story, boom! I love her.

Cerise is a substitute teacher in day and a Dom at night. She’s independent and sexy women. If she wants something she will go for it, no matter what. She likes a role playing on sex. I was kinda shocked in some of the scenes; I was having a hard time while reading them. And this girl has a past that she can’t really move on.

And please meet William; this fucking vampire blew me away. There’s a time I want to hug him because I think his character is really fragile. He is so desperate for others to accept him, He needs it. He will do everything just to please Cerise.

“His eyes were gorgeous. Blue tinged with purple. That elusive indigo color they say is in the rainbow”

When Cerise and William met, I can feel the chemistry between them. Cerise thought that William is different in her previous subs.

They started their role playing, and it’s really hot scenes, okay, it’s very imaginative and entertaining. William is a sweet-dirty talker and very rich because he affords all the costumes and things they need in their role playing, ha! And Cerise found out that William is a vampire, well, we all know vampires are a like dead people or not? Floggers don’t leave a mark on his skin; he doesn’t feel anything but he needs it like his depend on it. It affects him not physically but emotionally. And he is fucking….. omg he is…. I really should shut up!
William needs love, but Cerise is not ready, should I rather say she doesn’t want it because of her past.

The ending is really awesome, not a cliffhanger but I really want a book two for both of them and for Jessica; she’s the bff of Cerise. I was intrigued with this girl; I want to read her story.

This book never bore me. Full of humor and angst!

Paranormal + Sarcastic + Erotic = who have thought, it’s a good combination

I really want to thank Netgalley and the publisher who accepted my request and to Ms. Debra Anastasia for introducing this debut novel of her friend. *thumbs up*

Mina Vaughn really did a great job for her debut novel; I’m looking forward for more of her books! Yeahbah!

It’s my first time to read a book where the women are the dominant, heh!

I have this question on my mind when I read this kind of book.

I just wondering what happiness they get in dom/sub relationship? I still don’t get it, because they just like in control. This thought is still fucking my mind. Epp!

This book surprised me. I'm not one for vampire romances - or much in that vein of paranormal at all - but I put my preconceived notions aside.

When I started the book on a Thursday night, I figured I'd read some, put it down, and pick it up over the weekend. But, once I started, I couldn't put it down. The story itself is darkly humorous - Cerise is not a likeable character (at first). She's got some major hangups that immediately had me questioning what her issue was - every sub she gained was lost due to insanely ridiculous, picky reasons (or hilarious ones - taco/salsa breath would be a deal-breaker for most anyone!). She had a pseudo-friend who was just as unlikeable...but something drew me in. I wanted to know why this woman was this way. I admit, my first thought was, If this chick is this angry at the world for no reason, I'm going to be really upset that I wasted my time.

Oh, am I glad I kept reading.

Cerise's reason was BEYOND what I expected. Her event was so traumatic, so life-altering that I lost my breath. Actually couldn't breathe for a moment as I read the scene, which was written so beautifully that I could see and feel what she experienced.

From that second on, I wasn't letting go. I read the entire book in one sitting (I was tired the next day at work, but so worth it) and began to really root for her to realize William was the perfect guy for her.

William was a different kind of character, too - he wasn't an in-your-face vampire. I had a hard time thinking of him as a vampire until it was fully presented to Cerise (I enjoyed the way in which William's past was given to the reader - not drip-fed, and not all-at-once, but captivating in its entirety).

The only vampire-y part came at the end of the book, and by that point I was comfortable enough with the two characters that it didn't bother me in the way I thought it would (being, you know, not a fan of vampire stuff).

I would recommend this story to folks looking for a good read. Be warned, though: It is dark, it is humorous, and it has some moments where you'll want to slap/kick/hug/cry with the characters. All in all, worthwhile for a bit of your time.

And - if you're like me in that vampires aren't your thing - I still recommend you check it out. The story can stand even if you change William from a vampire to an (even wealthier) human, which is not something I can say about other novels in this genre. And for all us language freaks out there, the writing (grammar, sentence structure, plot arc, etc) is flawless and a true joy to read.

The story captured my attention from the beginning and I loved the premise of a female domme. But as the story progressed, I was having a hard time enjoying the relationship between Cerise and William. I don’t really understand the whole dominant/submissive roles or why someone would enjoy subjugating themselves to please another.

I absolutely loved William’s character. He broke my heart with his vulnerability and desperate need to be accepted. When learning about all the years of rejection and loneliness, I was a little misty-eyed. Cerise, on the other hand, is my least favorite character. I know it’s pretty harsh, but as I continued reading, she just kept getting more selfish and mean. Cerise tried redeeming herself in the end but personally, I didn’t buy it. She doesn’t deserve William.

The story was really a lot of fun to read, with the exception of the previously stated. The role playing scenes were very imaginative and entertaining. The characters were well-developed, just not a fan of Cerise. I thought Mina wrote a good story. I liked the plot and the journey of to find happiness.

I'm astounded that a publisher is distributing this, as the story and characters are badly developed. What I think is meant to be humor often just falls flat. Chilly Willy? I felt sorry for him that his story line was so bad, but then felt even sorrier for people who paid for the book. (A friend let me skim through hers. This is re-tooled Twilight fanfiction. She has enjoyed other P2P, but even she laughed at this one.)

Is this what book publishing has become? And this book is getting 5 star reviews? I'm scratching my head over that one. 0 stars.

I really don’t see how I could have resisted this book – a female dom looking for a male submissive, that happens to be a vampire? Just the premise alone had me giggling. This is a reworked fanfic piece of the ‘other vampire story’ that had people waiting on line for hours at the theatre. Not a YA read by any stretch of the imagination, this story has both good and bad points.

The premise is unique: Cerise is a female dominatrix, not a common protagonist in many stories, and her Mistress Cherry nom de whip is just so utterly ridiculous and pun inspired that you know there will be plenty of humor in the story. And Mina Vaughn does not disappoint on the humor front. Yes, there is sex – and plenty of it, but more than that, this story actually is personality driven as we are given more clues into Cerise’s difficult nature, and Willam’s desire for companionship and love.

Cerise was difficult to empathize with at first, until the cracks in her armor started to show up. And the first of those cracks came early: her need to have everything just ‘so’ in each of her encounters, and her lack of patience with those who do not meet her often ridiculous standards all show a woman grasping for control, afraid to take chances. Further on in the story, her reasons start to become clear, if it does feel she is overreacting, but give the girl a chance: we’ve all been scared of change and different at some point in our lives.

William is different: a vampire with a need to have someone to call his own and share his life with, and deep down he also has his own feelings of inadequacy and guilt to deal with. As the two navigate and negotiate their relationship and roles, this quickly turns into a sweetly told story of acceptance and support that comes with love. From superbly steamy sex scenes, to the lifestyle parties: sexuality is always a few flavors from vanilla and with the addition of some humorous narration, a step away from voyeuristic. Best of all, both William and Cerise learn, grow and compromise on their way to a happily after forever.

I received a galley copy from the publisher via edelweiss for purpose of honest review. I was not compensated for this review: all conclusions are my own responsibility.

Substitute teacher Cerise Norrell’s life would be perfect if she could just find the right sub to obey her very specific Domme demands. About ready to give up her search, she goes to a BDSM-type Speed Dating event and meets William Gentry. William is known in the community as Chilly Willy because his skin is always cool to the touch. She agrees to give him a chance and William is ecstatic. He believes he’s finally found the Domme he’s been searching for throughout his very long life, the one who will put an end to his loneliness and satisfy his every need. But he’s got a huge secret and his Mistress Cherry has a crap-load of baggage. Will they be able to work through their issues or are they doomed to be alone forever?

The description of this story is what hooked me. A Domme looking for a specific type of submissive and when she finds him it turns out he’s a vampire. Come on! That’s intriguing! I love Femdom especially when the sub is a big strong guy or in this case, supernaturally strong and one you would think would be the one in charge. I love the juxtaposition. If you’re expecting a lot of kinkiness then this really isn’t the BDSM book for you. However, if you like role play then this is it. Cerise’s fetish is role playing and she never likes to do the same scene twice. The variety is wonderful and the sex is pretty good. Not overly graphic, but more hot, steamy and even sweet. I wouldn’t call this erotica, per se, but it’s definitely paranormal romance with a lot of steam. And I mentioned sweet, right? Because it is. Cerise and William have issues that they need to work out and there were plenty of times I wanted to smack Cerise, but overall I enjoyed their story.

Mina Vaughn's How to Discipline Your Vampire is an interesting, but slightly strange story. In the beginning, I didn't really like Cerise she seemed a little too bitchy. She turns down submissives left and right for any little thing and it makes her seem downright mean. As I read more into the story a dark secret from Cerise's is revealed and it's actually a very traumatic incident, so much so that days later, I kept remembering that specific scene and how humiliating it would be. It took about halfway through the book for Cerise to grow on me. I enjoyed her relationship with William and I thought the role playing scenes that he came up with for her were sexy and fun. Although I've read this story was inspired by Twilight, William actually reminded me more of Bill from True Blood.

There were a few funny moments. The author obviously had fun creating different types of men Cerise encountered including men with taco/salsa breath, but for the most part the book had a semi-dark tone to it. I think what made me enjoy the book was the bedroom scenes, they made up for the sections of the book I didn't like. How To Discipline Your Vampire is also unique in that it's a Female (human) Dom and a Male (vampire) Sub.

Overall, I enjoyed Vaughn's story, the writing was good, but I didn't completely fall for it. But I would still recommend it to those who enjoy a paranormal twist on their erotica.

I tried to finish this one, I really did. But even when I told myself it was light fluff reading I just couldn't stop myself from laughing at how horrid it was. From other reviews here it seems apparent that this was formerly a Twilight fanfic and I can definitely see the evidence of that. And it makes sense that I hated this since I also REALLY dislike Twilight. Thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for giving me the chance to read this in advance.

Do you like books about BDSM? Plus, do you have a little vampire fetish to quench? Then How to Discipline Your Vampire by Mina Vaughn may be just the book for you. The book centers on a twenty-nine-year-old substitute math teacher who happens to be a role-playing Domme. That is Domme with an “m” as she is a female. Her name is Cerise Norrel, and she is very strict and very particular about her submissive. Hint Cerise, you aren’t looking for a submissive male; you are looking for Mr. Right. If the girl just had an itch to scratch, she wouldn’t be so particular. Enter into the equation William Gentry, a gorgeous hunt of a man and one who needs to be punished and is looking for a Domme to fit the bill. So one Domme + one submissive should = two totally hot and horny people. Well, the equation has a flaw. William has a quirk, which he admits up front to Cerise (Mistress Cherry); he is a vampire. Well, of course, the Domme Mistress Cherry doesn’t believe him. This book has both the supernatural and BDSM qualities and deals with both of these characters’ issues as to why they have needs that this alternate lifestyle can give them. Their skeletons fall out of their closet, like bouncing headless skulls. What they learn about each other and their life journey holds many a surprise. I found the character of William much more engaging than Cerise. It wasn’t that Cerise is a badly written character; the character just has erected so many walls that even as the reader I had a hard time getting to know her. However, the process of getting to know Cerise was well worth the read. I enjoyed the back flashes between the present and both of the characters’ pasts; it allowed the author to give me a complete overview of who these two characters were. I did feel like the paranormal elements actually could have been left out, and I would not have missed it, as they were minor plot points. If you want to step out of your reading comfort zone and read something different, then I would suggest picking up a copy of How to Discipline Your Vampire.

I pretty much figured before going into this book that it would be funny, it did not disappoint and I had a few Laugh out Loud moments. Cerise's (AKA Mistress Cherry) fetish was all about setting the scene and roll playing honestly I really didn't see her much as a Mistress she was more of a Spoiled Brat that needed to be Spanked** Hard ** on multiple occasions.. I got a bit nervous in the beginning because all she did was whine and complain about not finding the right sub blah, blah, blah but her expectations were Ridiculous in my opinion.. Then we get introduced to William AKA Chilly Willy and that's when I started to get into the story.. He was such a pleaser IN EVERY WAY, SOOO creative and a Vampire.. he went above and beyond to Submit & Please his Mistress and all he wanted in return was to be accepted for what he was and be "LOVED".. Some of those scenes sounded like so much fun, they were hilarious and HOT!! (makes me want to consider role-play)
The issue with William being a Vampire was, well really NOT an issue Cerise seemed to except it quiet well but was highly bothered by something else William kept from her go figure.... and the rest mainly focused on Cerise's commitment phobia.. I sure did enjoy watching William win her over!
Cerise~ "They say once you go black, you never go back.
Well, honey, once you go vamp, you become a fucking tramp."

Equal parts of: Sex, Hysterical laughter, Domination and Submitting.

I really didn't know what to expect with this book. But after the first couple of pages I had no choice but to finish!!

It was just hilarious with hot steamy sensual submission. You have a Vampire Sub, Topped by a Petite Substitute teacher. If that isn't a setup for a punchline I don't know what to tell you. Cerise is on a manhunt for a bottom to top... She is just tired of all the half steppers out there and demands absolute submission and role playing whenever the Hell she wants it.. In comes William poor Vamp just wants to get spanked and dominated, is that too much to ask???

Sparks fly after a chance 3 minute question session and the rest you can say is history..
Did I mention Bizzy? She has to be my favorite character in the whole book...She is a true Dom.. With very demanding nature...lmao

I loved the book it was fun and witty and Dirty!! I laughed so many times at the verbiage and the crazy scenarios. 5 star read hands down!!!!

I am not a huge Paranormal or BDSM fan. And when I was invited to read How to Discipline Your Vampire, I went back and forth on if I wanted to read it. The synopsis looked fun, but I still hesitated. Well let me tell you, I am so HAPPY that I did not listen to my stinky brain that day! This quirky, hilarious read was just what I needed this week. Once I started I had a hard time putting the book down.

This book was a fun read that I quickly devoured. William was heartwarming and swoon worthy and the chemistry between Cerise and William was awesome. It was fun reading the different "scenes" that Cerise likes to put her subs through and William had a flare for making it all so real for her. By the end of the book, I was sad to say goodbye to these two. Smart, intelligent writing that I happily held onto for the ride. Mina made a believer out of me and I can't wait for more fun and exciting reads from her in the future!

I was expecting some supernatural BDSM satire, which I did get. But more that that, I got a surprisingly sweet love story. Who couldn't fall in love with William? I'd sure like to paddle that ass. :) This book also features rapid fire snappy dialogue and hysterically snarky inner dialogue. If you're looking a love story with something different to offer, check out this book!
