5 stars S.L.Scott is an amazing writer, I love all her work. All I Want - A Tryst with Twist is another great read. I want to say so much but I don't want to ruin the story line for anyone. Christina and Lawson are both great characters and you can't help but love them both. They have amazing chemistry and I couldn't stop smiling with their interactions. You will not be disappointed in reading All I Want - A Tryst with Twist. Thank you for writing this beautiful Christmas story S.L.Scott, I truly enjoyed it.
This is a very short story. Christina and Lawson have been attracted to each other. Then run into each other literally. And things heat up from there. I had a feeling where this short story was going and I was correct.
This was a terrific short story by a new-to-me author. I really loved it and look forward to reading more from Ms. Scott in the future! :) Merry Christmas!
This is a cute short story perfect for the Christmas season. Christina and Lawson have a mutual attraction - what appears to be a chance encounter escalates into a very naughty afternoon. There is a sweet twist that makes this a perfect escape read from a go to author.
This was a fun, sweet and sexy quick read with a fabulous twist! This author knows how to create some amazing characters, that are easy to fall in love with.
All I can say is wow. This is a very short story (4,300 words), so it makes for a quick read. This is the second book from S.L. I’ve read. This definitely isn’t anything like Naturally, Charlie. Naturally, Charlie was in my opinion sweet. All I Want is HOT. As I’m writing this review, I can not stop smiling.
Let’s play a game....When I think about All I Want - A Tryst with a Twist, what are the first three words which come to mind? Let’s see...Wow. Hot. Oh my G-O-S-H!
Talk about a surprise. I loved this book! It’s short, so I can’t give too many details. I will say I was immediately drawn in and could not put the book down. You want to read this book just for the guarantee smile factor.
I started this book late at night because it is such a short, sexy story. Lawson swept my heart up within a matter of moments (or pages) and I rooted for him to just go woo Christina off her little barista feet. And when it happens, the chemistry between seems like it has been there all along. It is like they have been with each other forever.
And then a moment happened that just shocked me. I will admit, I became angry but I continued reading and found myself laughing at my own stupid-ness. How could I have not seen it? Read it and you will know what I am talking about. ~BookWhisperer Reviewer MC~
S.L. Scott has this way of drawing you into a story. You get invested in the characters and feel like a voyeur when you watch their story unfold. Lawson and Christina are no different. You're thrilled with the possibility of romance, then the lemony twist comes, and you're in shock. How can this be? You don't know what to do or how to feel till the very end when it all plays out. A fantastic must read.
Short, sexy, and a great short story to read when you need a nice diversion from reading something heavy or while waiting to get your tires rotated (that's what I did!).
Even though it's such a short story, you immediately become immersed in the world of Christina and Lawson.
Just when you get to the "Oh, YEAH!" you get the "OH, NO!" Then along comes that twist, and you'll go "AWW!"
At first I was like what the hell? How the h do that and I thought she was someone that I was actually going to like. A strong female for once. But then I was like, 'what?!' I totally didn't see that coming. I love it when an author can make me do that.
Unfortunately the story was way too short for me, but was still a good read.
Lawson has been working hard at his job in the Christmas tree lot but the bright spot of the day is when the pretty lady who works at the coffee shop walks by...
This is a very quick read, 10-15 minutes at the most. It's a cute story about a coffee barista and Christmas tree salesman that have a little fling. I won't spoil the twist, but it's pretty easy to see it coming.
It was a freebie, and I liked it, so I say give it a try.
This is a sweet short story, the end will leave you with a smile. Love is alive with Christmas spirit. S. L. Scott; the hopeless romantic in me absolutely loved the twist. Well done & thank you for sharing.
All I want was a cute, and fun Christmas tale! S.L Scott totally got me! That twist was excellent! The characters and plot were developed so well for such a short story! Definitely a fun quick pick me up for the holiday season! Its unique and not like any other tale I have read!
Not bad for a very short read. Personally, I prefer S.L Scott's full stories though. If these two are from one of the full length stories, then I haven't read it yet.
Short yet surprising little Christmas tale. Some readers might find an aspect of the plot initially a hard limit, but the twist of the title is that all is not as it appears.
