He holds me captive with his brilliant blue eyes.
His crooked smile melts me every time.
His voice wraps around me when he sings.
His words break through and dive straight to my heart.
Dash Ford, lead singer of Redemption, is unlike any man I’ve ever met and I'm drawn to not only his lyrics but the man behind the voice.
But I am broken—beyond broken.
I had no intention of falling for him. But when we met, I had no other option. With him, I embrace the present while trying to put my past behind me. I find myself in a world I never expected, a world I’m not entirely sure I can handle.
Am I strong enough?
Will I be enough for a man who has everything?
Can I finally let go and give into the love I’ve wanted my whole life? Or will my past forever define and haunt me, keeping me from all I desire?

WARNING book 1 in series this one ends in a cliffhanger.
This is the first book in the Redemption Tour series. It is a darker romance. That does end in a cliffhanger. Lucky for you if you hate waiting a long time for the second part of a series. Part two is about to be released. I have mixed feelings about this book. I think that it has a very interesting plot. Jules was in a relationship with an extremely controlling man who was both physically and emotionally abusive. Eighteen months after Jules walked away from her abuser, she meets rocker Dash Ford. You can almost feel the sparks between Jules and Ford, the chemistry is that evident. The pacing of the story is where this book loses a 5 star rating from me. Jules is lacking in self confidence, a result of her past relationship. I get it. It is hard to trust someone after something like this happens, but reading Jules’s conversation with herself about how unworthy she is page after page, chapter after chapter detracted from what is a good story in my opinion. As I mentioned this book ends in a cliffhanger. Nothing much gets resolved, but it is an interesting twist to the story. The character development is slow. Even though Jules seeks help, she still has that same defeated personality. Dash, however seems to grow and meet every challenge that he is faced with. Yes I liked this book, I hope that Jules develops more in the next book.
