When Maddy Fitch discovers there's a hit out on the love of her life--the handsome, but often secretive Adam Ward--she concludes life with such a powerful man may never be normal.

But who wants normal? Not Maddy--mystery writer and sometimes-sleuth.

The heart-stopping action begins immediately in Wickingham Way when an attempt is made on Adam's life, prompting the couple to seek refuge at a "safe house."

Tucked away in a cabin deep in the heart of Maine, Maddy and Adam fall deeper in love. But their happiness is cut short when someone they care for deeply is kidnapped, by the same organization that wants Adam Ward dead.

Adam and Maddy return to Harbour Falls, and a dangerous cat-and-mouse game ensues. Twists and turns abound, keeping Maddy and Adam on their toes. But will the consequences of the decisions they make prove deadly?

Only time will tell.

4 Finally the Truth and Love Stars

No more secrets

description

Maddy and Adam, the curious author and her secretive millionaire boyfriend, survived lies, suspicions, murder investigations and crazy-ass people. They fell in love and they managed to stay alive. When all seemed to quiet down and happily ever after was just around the corner, one final secret will threaten their very lives. Adam's work will turn into a nightmare that will haunt them and plunge them into a new adventure where they can't trust noone but each other.

description

In love and more perfect than ever their passion is a solace that might be abruptly ruined by one last past threat. The most dangerous one yet.

The past always has a way of catching up to you.

Picking up where Willow Point left us hanging, this book continues the highly mysterious Harbour Falls Mystery series with a little bit less mystery and much needed more drama. This time we spent more time together with the main couple as they race to save their lives. Passion and sexiness is to be expected when Adam Ward is in the lead and he fights for a future with his soul-mate.

description

Action-packed and well written, twisty and mischievous, a satisfying ending to a thrilling series of books, that lovers of mystery romances MUST read!

My Adam and Maddy:

After solving huge mystery in her hometown and falling in love with intimidating Adam Ward, Maddy hopes to enjoy peaceful times with her sexy boyfriend. However, when Adam becomes target of powerfull illegal organization, fight for their lives and safety begins...

SPOILER-FREE REVIEW:

More drama, less mystery. That would be the best way to compare this book with previous instalments. But even though there was smaller dose of mystery than I was used to, author succeeded in maintaining the trend I grew to like through out this series - captivating plot, lovable heroine and charismatic hero.

Maddy's and Adam's relationship is the main focus of this novel. I was glad that author paid special attention to this couple in this book. I really like Maddy and Adam together and they will be missed!

Cannot wait to see with what will S.R. Grey come next!

NOTE: This review has a Total Series Recap

'The Harbour Falls Mystery was the real reason I was here. I had every intention of basing my next novel on the facts of the case. I was tired of fiction; I wanted to write a true crime novel. Plus there was a little part of me— the detective that lurks in all of us— that dreamed of solving this case.'

Maddy Fitch is a Best selling mystery author living in L.A. which is a long way from her hometown of Harbour Falls, Maine. Until now all of her stories have been literary fiction... Maddy recently decided to go home in order to research the mystery surrounding the disappearance of Chelsea Hannigan. A wealthy social lite in Maine.

 photo tumblr_msimwwiMnP1swf7m8o3_500_zps63e5c39d.gif

The facts surrounding the case are not well known. What Maddy does know is that four years ago at the time of her disappearance Chelsea was engaged to marry the mega rich and extremely sexy Adam Ward. Adam became suspect numero uno in her disappearance. Eventually the case trail went cold... Maddy plans to rectify that, hoping her research will in turn solve the case as well.

Maddy is greeted by the unwelcome home party fairly quick.. Prompting her suspicions and fueling her need to solve the case.
All it takes is one look. Yes, one look at Ward has Maddy wanting him more than ever in every way that counts, up close and personal. It doesn't take long for Maddy to realize that there is more to Adam than what meets the eye.. In fact it takes her less than 24hrs to draw that conclusion...

'Much like the Harbour Falls Mystery itself, the man at the center was a puzzle. And I longed to solve him, piece by piece.'

Slowly more pieces of the dark case come to light, causing Adam to look guilty.

“Wouldn’t it be poetic if you found out you were sleeping with the enemy, so to speak, in this little scenario?” ~Jennifer

She's in too deep...
Some say the truth shall set you free, in this case the truth may just get you killed... Soon Maddy's life is in peril when she digs too close to the truth.

Did Adam kill her or not?

Where book 1 in The Harbour Falls series was more of a guessing game of Who Done It? Book 2, Willow Point, was more so on the level of Clue? Clues that lead Maddy straight to a secret from Adam’s past. Of course our always curious Maddy prefers to be on a must know basis. But didn’t anyone ever tell her that curiosity killed the cat. As the clues lead her to uncover a lie she soon realizes she may lose Adam after all.

 photo tumblr_m6i1epybWj1qcb58yo1_500_zps71b389e5.gif

Willow Point picks right up where book 1 left off. Maddy was given info from Amy that suggests Adam gave her false information. And he did. Now her alarm bells are ringing... Adam lied, she discovers a carefully hidden truth and it leads her back to the main land and away from Adam. Back on the main land she meets an eye catching new neighbor! Stowe.

‘Why must my neighbor be so hot?’ ~Maddy
Of course there may be more to him than meets the eye.

Adam Ward is a very powerful man and when people feel threatened by the power one man holds some may go to extremes to be rid of that threat.

‘Maddy Fitch, bestselling author by trade but persistent investigator in my own time’

In Wickingham Way Maddy discovers that a hit has been put out on her man. She shares her news with him only to find out that he already knew. When an actual attempt is made on Adam’s life the couple is forced in to seclusion for their own safety. Now at a safe house Maddy and Adam grow even closer with nothing but spare time on their hands.

A sudden turn of events has the couple heading back home. Neither knowing what to expect because the only thing that seems clear to them is that if anything they have one another's back.

My Thoughts
S.R. Grey has a formula and it works for her very well - mystery, romance, sex and suspense. Whereas mystery dominated the previous book while romance took a back seat in Wickingham Way Grey showcased Maddy and Adam’s romance which is a plus for me. We meet a new character and catch up with a few others. I would love if Stowe and Erin got a book ;) Just sayin! The ending was good and overall there was a great conclusion to this series!

Series should be read in order
Book One: Harbour Falls (A Harbour Falls Mystery, #1) by S.R. Grey Book Two: Willow Point (A Harbour Falls Mystery, #2) by S.R. Grey

My Ratings
Characters- Sweet, Sexy and Lovable
Writing Style- Good
Plot/Storyline- Maddy and Adam are trying to stay alive as an assassin seeks to take out Adam
Steam Factor- High/Very Steamy on a scale of 1-10 I say 8
Entertainment Level- Good
Overall- I enjoyed it!
My Recommendation: If you’re looking for a good romance with a nice blend of mystery and suspense this is for you!

Now go forth and read. Then come tell us about it on Goodreads!

Wickingham Way starts off where Willow Point ended. Maddy just realized how dangerous her boyfriend, Adam Wards, life really is so they decide to go back to Fade Island, only once they get there all hell breaks loose when Adam gets targeted by an assassin. They decide the best thing for them is to hide themselves in a safe house, a secluded cabin deep in the snowy forest. And while this is suppose to be a safety precaution, Maddy and Adam don’t waste any time taking advantage of their cozy getaway, but the danger is still out there and their stay at the cabin abruptly ends when they get word that someone they care about has been taken by the same organization Adam was trying to take down.

I love these books. S.R Grey has such a natural ability with writing the perfect blend of suspense, action and sizzling romance. This is the last book in the Harbour Falls series and I’m sad to see it go. I've grown so attached to controlling Adam Ward and curious Maddy Fitch, but ya know, I couldn't have asked for a better ending then what we got.

While the first two books in this series are more of a whodunit mystery, I would have to say this one is more action packed and suspenseful. But I don’t really mind since mystery is all about secrets and Adam and Maddy has had more then their share of those. I think in this book we finally get to really see Adam differently as we learn about the Wickingham Way project and his organization. And while we've always known Maddy to be a spunky girl who can take care of herself, it was really good to see that they both took care of each other in this installment. I also really loved the setting in this book. I've always been a huge sucker for tucked away cabins. There is just something so quaint and quiet about them that makes for a wonderful romantic atmosphere. It’s here that Adam and Maddy take the time to really fall more deeply in love. Those were my favorite moments, the talks, dinners and games (Naked Twister. Yum) and all the steamy sexy-times. These two have been through so many obstacles, so it was just really great seeing them happy.

Adam and Maddy have really grown since we first meet them in Harbour falls, both as a couple and individually.
While I love nothing more then an intense, brooding and always in control Adam West, there was a newer side to Adam in this book that we get to see. He was more playful in a sexy-dangerous way but also tender and warm. I also love the way he’s so protective of Maddy and that he would do anything to keep her safe.
Maddy has always been a curious creature, but I love that she makes snooping look like an adorable art form. Maddy also likes to ask the big questions to get the bigger picture, which I love since she lets the reader into her world and gives us something to ponder and process as the story unfolds. I was also happy to see that she lets Adam lead in this book and while she’s worried about his safety she’s come to understand that he can take care of himself and trust to keep them safe.
Together Adam and Maddy have really grown as a couple. There’s a reason why there is less mystery and curiosity in this book and I think it’s because they finally reached a point in their relationship where they can trust one another with every aspect of their lives and be happy with who they are as a couple. But don’t worry, Adam and Maddy has always had a physical connection that is seductive, sexy and sweet and Grey really takes the intimacy and intensity to a whole new level. Swoon-worthy stuff my friends!

All in all, I really loved this book. I love the heart pounding energy and pace of the plot and the heartwarming moments in the romance. I’m so gong to miss all of these characters and this series. But Grey wrote a perfect ending that made me ready to let them go. Adam and Maddy leaves us with smiles and laughter and kisses and a bright new hope for their future. Fans of the Harbour Falls mystery will love this final installment. And I'm looking forward to reading Grey's next book, Never Doubt Me, the second book in the Judge Me Not series, which stars Chase. Can't wait!!

Special thanks to S. R Grey, congrats girl! These books have been a pleasure and a blast to escape with. Thanks for sharing your world, I’ll never forget them!

ARC provided by Author for an honest review. Thanks Susie! You are the best. :)

Adam, thank you for checking your: jerky, broody, jealousy at the door in this book. I was beyond pleased that you brought back your: charming, playful, flirty, sexy self with a healthy "appetite".

What I Liked:
1. The cabin chapters
2. Maddy & Adam's unyielding love for each other.
3. Maddy & Adam's healthy "appetite" (steamy scenes)
4. I LOVE the cover
5. A couple from start to finish. (Phew! I love when that happens).
6. Adam's big romantic moment
7. The epilogue
8. Friends & new friendships Maddy & Adam have or form with others.
9. Finding humor in quite a few scenes that made me chuckle.
10. Reminders of past information from books 1-2.
11. Adam Ward's: teasing, sexy & playful side.

In this final book, we find Maddy and Adam even more committed to each other and fully in love. This book shows us how much they are in to each other and at what lengths they will go to keep the other one safe.

In Willow Point, Maddy and Adam's love life was not the main focus. However, dear fans of Harbour Falls, you will not be disappointed. Ms. Grey brings their relationship to the center and makes it the main focus of this story. What may have lacked, but didn't take away from the story, in Willow Point, certainly steamed up the storyline in Wickingham Way.

I felt like there was a good balance of steam mixed in to the storyline with all the things going on around the couple as it came to its final conclusion.

I feel like Ms. Grey finished this off on a good note from start to finish where the couple was concerned. There are no questions or doubts as to how they felt the entire way through.

And finally, all of the puzzle pieces are put together to make a complete picture. We get to the bottom of who's after Adam which, thankfully, plays out with some worry but nothing over kill.

Overall, I was enchanted by the couples relationship and quite enjoyed the full storyline. Also, I feel like we are left with a nice ending and good closure to this series.

For me reading one of Grey's books is like sitting in a comfy chair. Once I'm settled in it's extremely difficult to get up and walk away! Wickingham Way was no exception because it was an absolutely wonderful ending to an amazing series. In this final book Maddy stumbles onto one more dangerous mystery to solve, and faced with this new danger we watch as Maddy and the always sexy Adam Ward work together to put an end to the trouble. There were definitely some tense and dangerous situations in the first half but for me overall the book was a beautiful look at how Maddy and Adam's relationship has grown and changed through all the dangers they've faced. Unlike the other books though this time by the end all of the big questions are answered everything is wrapped up nicely.
I have to say I will certainly miss all of these fun and quirky characters and this beautiful world that S.R. Grey has created but I very much look forward to seeing what she comes up with next! From beginning to end this book does not disappoint and in my opinion not only Wickingham Way but the entire Harbour Falls series is HIGHLY recommended.

4 star Review Wickingham Way (A Harbor Falls Mystery #3)

AUDIO REVIEW:
I listened to this book on audio and was invested right from the start, The narrator did a good job but I did feel that her male voices let it down, however having said that it was still an enjoyable listen.

This was a a book filled with danger, secrets, lies and surprises. The intrigue and suspense, not to mention the danger kept me on the edge of my seat as I listened to this story.

Will the danger and secrets tear Maddy and Adam apart? Will they be able to put the pieces of the puzzle together whilst flying under the radar or will danger loom and put their lives and those they love in jeopardy again? .

There are many twists, turns and surprises in Wickingham Way as Maddy and Adam follows the clues and I have to say that I was taken by surprise on a couple of occasions.

Wickingham Way is the third and final installment of the Harbour Falls Mystery series by S.R. Grey. Along with Harbour Falls (Book #1) and Willow Point (Book #2), this is also a fantastic read and is a great ending to a very captivating series.

This book is well written, expresses the emotions beautifully and moves a pace that keeps you on the edge of your seat and glued to the pages. You find yourself continually trying to guess what will happen next and I did not find this book to be too predictable which I loved.

The characters in this book are very likeable. Maddy, is as curious as ever but has learned to contain her urges to find out ‘everything’ that’s going on. This surprised me as I expected her to jump straight into the thick of things like she did in the previous two books. Having said that, she proves what a strong woman she is and will do anything for those she loves, especially Adam. Adam, opens up a lot more to Maddy and trusts her with his secrets that he feels she can handle. You see a softer side of him this time around and he show’s a little more emotion which makes him very appealing. Together these characters make a fantastic couple and a great team!

The romance is very sweet in this story and the sex scenes are very tastefully written with a certain amount of them left for your imagination.

I can recommend this series to anyone who enjoys a good mystery, a strong female lead character and a very swoon-worthy romance.

I rate this book 5 stars.

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review.

Let me start by saying that I am new to the Harbour Falls series and have not (yet) read books 1 and 2 of this trilogy.
Knowing so, I considered reading both prior to reading Wickingham Way. However, it was noted that this book was okay to be read as a stand alone, so I decided to put it to the test and did so.

The author did a fabulous job of introducing the characters, including the hero and heroine, Adam and Madeline, as well as the supporting characters - giving just enough of history to recap the relationships, striking my curiosity further, but not distracting from the current story.

The story revolves around a threat to the life of Adam, and those closest to him - due to his involvement with the government to take down a very powerful crime organization. In doing so, the couple escapes to a safe house for their safety. Seemingly romantic, with no more than books, boardgames, and each other to keep themselves entertained, danger is always just a moment away until the very end.

I found the story to be well written, characters were very likable, and the plot kept me on my toes - as the story unfolded. I loved the passion amongst the characters (especially when it got competitive)! and enjoyed reading about the battle for not only their lives, but a great love too.

I do recommend this book and am looking forward to learning more about their story by reading books 1 and 2. The author certainly delivered as a stand alone, and have a feeling, she wrapped up the series very well.

Got my hands on this as soon as it released. So was the anticipation worth it? In one word....Yes. I have to admit that Susie had me spell bound with the first two books in this series so I was very anxious to get my hands on this final installment. Overall the book was good. It can be read as a stand alone since the reader is reminded of scenes from the past. I found this helpful instead of having to go back and reread the first two books before I read this one. However, the heart stopping intrigue was not as great in this book. There were moments that heel good suspense, but the level was not as strong as previous stories. If I hadn't read the previous, I would be over the top with this one. The romance was stronger in this book, so that was a huge plus, in my opinion. Nice way to wrap everything up and provide the HEA.

The third book in the Harbour Falls Mystery. Maddie Fitch has accepted her life with secretive Adam Ward, it doesn't mean she isn't curious or that sometimes her own curiosity gets her into trouble. With Adam's life in danger Maddie and Adam are sent to a safe house, where they find themselves with plenty of time on their hands but most importantly, both are waiting for the air to finally clear.

Exceptional series. I thought the story between the three books never let up and the characters were never boring and always entertaining. I also enjoyed that there were other people in the series that you grew close to and were given peaks into their lives throughout. Can't wait for more books by this talented author.

I will say again, what's not to love about a very attractive billionaire? Especially when he loves you in return?

Maddy the writer has been through several of her own mysteries, lots of drama and death since becoming involved with Adam.

This 3rd STEAMY installment of the series doesn't have as much mystery as the first two but it does have plenty of drama. In addition to the drama, there is a chance to see how Maddy and Adam's relationship is affected by all that is going on in the scary world around them.

Now get to reading and see how things turn out for Maddy and Adam.

Loved the final book to Harbour Falls - Wickingham Way. I really like the characters throughout the entire series. Wickingham Way was a very nice ending to Maddy and Adam's story. It was cute, funny, exciting, steamy and just a great story overall. Overall my favorite installment was the first book Harbour Falls. The book hooked me right from the start. I would recommend this series to all readers.

SR Grey thank you for an enjoyable series. You know Susie you could write a great spinoff from this series with either Stowe and Erin or Helena and Nate...hint hint.

A perfect ending to an amazing trilogy! We've followed the story of Maddy and Adam and their love for one another as they solve mysteries and stare danger in the face!

You have a fan for life here! By the way, if you're in need a material for a new book I wouldn't mind reading about Stowe and Erin!

Audiobook Review: Wickingham Way by S. R. Grey (Author), Kelley Ernst (Narrator)

There's nothing quite like scaring yourself silly right before you close your eyes. Grey has a talent for sending chills up your spine with a few well placed words. Wickingham Way is driven by curiosity. Maddy draws you in with her inquisitive nature. Her knack for landing herself in trouble is legendary. Ernst captures that intriguing combination of brains and naivety that drives this character.

I read this book first then had to read the first two in the series because these characters had hijacked my brain. Even read out of order they are enjoyable. I thought this was a great way wrap up this series if it is truly over. All of my questions were answered and the characters all know exactly where everyone stands.

Ok, I’m seriously sucking at writing reviews right now; I’ve been sitting here wondering the best way to tell you how much I loved and adored the conclusion of Adam and Maddy. Therefore, I did the next best thing, I turned to my hubby and asked him what I should write. I explained writer’s block really sucks, and I needed his help. Well, he was more than happy to help with a pretty simple response,“It’s really good, go out and buy it.” Now, we see why I’m the book reviewer and he isn’t. Just teasing, especially since the man had a great point.

I’m excited to say that Wickingham Way was a pretty awesome conclusion. Sniff, sniff…I’m feeling a little nostalgic as I say good bye to Harbour Falls. The story of Maddy and Adam has come to an end. I’m really going to miss this series. From the very first page, I knew with all the twists and turns that this couple would not only frustrate the heck out of me, but that they would also encapsulate me. With each book, it was refreshing to see Adam and Maddy learn from their mistakes and use them to mature into rich characters.

What I enjoyed the most about this ending was the calm Susie gave Adam and Maddy. Wickingham Way still held action; however, it wasn't as fast paced and jammed packed as the first two books. I loved that she didn't draw it out with so much angst and drama that you lost sight of the characters growing chemistry and connection. Maddy and Adam's relationship felt more natural this time around, not so forced or glaringly instant. There were points in the story where it almost seemed delicate and vulnerable to me; as though once Susie started to unravel their many layers by removing all the lies, secrets, and half-truths, the hero and heroine were given the opportunity to really connect on a deeper level. I

And I must say, Hello, Adam Ward! You held my absolute attention this time around. I adored reading your adventure through Maddy's eyes, but it was you who kept me focused and coming back for more. Please tell me you have a twin out there somewhere. I NEED more of this new yumminess you've begun to show. I mean, I have adored you since the beginning, but OH. MY. GOSH! Where in the world did you suddenly come from? Gone was the man full of secrets and ass hat moments; in his place stood a deliciously romantic man who pulled off some very swoon worthy moments for his girl. Ladies, trust me when I say, Adam Ward can whisk me away to a safe house any day of the week.

I’m a huge sucker for romantic suspense. I absolutely adore a good love story filled with drama and mystery. And S.R. Grey did not fail to deliver. The Harbor Falls trilogy has kept me glued to its pages, chomping at the bit to finish this mind boggling suspense. I stumbled upon Susie’s trilogy last year when she approached our blog. Boy, I am glad she did; she has quickly become one of my favorite authors to read. Her books never fail to feed my addiction. And although we have come to the finale of Adam and Maddy, Susie continues to give us amazing new characters. If you're a huge fan like I am, or just starting Susie's books than I highly suggest checking out I Stand Before You. Chase Gartner will make your panties magically fall away. No joke. This delectable bad boy sits high on my list of book boyfriends.

Thank you, S.R. Grey for the opportunity to read and review an ARC of Willow Point in exchange for my honest opinion.

An amazing ending to an amazing trilogy. This is probably one of the romantic suspenses that I love! S.R. Grey pulls us in with a cliffhanger at the end of each book. But here, it all unravels. This novel is sexually charged and electrifying. Intense and exciting. Just a fantastic book!

The problems intensify here as we are introduced more to Adam's job and what it implies, the dangers and the threats that he faces are now what Maddy faces as well.

LOVED ADAM'S CHARACTER!!! ♥♥♥

He was so sweet and thoughtful. And so damn protective but I love them alpha males so I can't complain ;)

And yet, despite all the troubles against them, they can't be any closer.

In my relationship with Adam, with all the secrets and mysteries finally behind us, I felt closer to him than I had at any time during our first six months together.

BUT!!! There's always a downside. Maddy frustrated me to no end in this book. She was undeniably selfish and she just didn't know how to react in situations. I mean come on, you spent the last two books ignoring your gut instinct and ALWAYS something bad happens. And here, when she has ANOTHER BAD FEELING, she ignores it once again.

One of the situations that she DOESN'T know how to act in was when she felt like she was being followed and didn't tell Adam sooner. When she did, they had to leave for safety, and yet…

I really wished we could still try out the new restaurant, maybe grab a takeout order at the very least, but I knew not to press the issue.

NO SHIT SHERLOCK.

Aside from all that though, it's a pretty damn good book.

WICKINGHAM WAY is the third and final instalment in S.R. Grey’s contemporary, adult, mystery romance Harbour Falls Mystery series focusing on mystery author Maddy Fitch and millionaire Adam Ward. Although this is the third book in the series it can be read as a stand alone without too much difficulty-there are many references to the previous storylines that will all culminate in Wickingham Way.

The focus on the story is the contracted hit against Adam and the need to keep both Adam and Maddy safe. We follow as our couple makes their way from small towns to secluded islands all in the hope of evading capture and detection by an organization hoping to take them down.

The relationship between Maddy and Adam is sensual, sexy and has been building throughout the series towards a more permanent arrangement. The couple has been followed by betrayal and heartbreak; misunderstanding and lies; love and a happily ever after but not before the people trying to kill Adam make an attempt to get to him by using someone else.

If you like a storyline with a little bit of sex, romance, mystery and suspense, Wickingham Way and the Harbour Falls Mystery series is a wonderful read that will keep you reading until the very end.

So now as I was reading this last book I kept thinking...well, no more secrets right? Heck no! Adam's work is super secretive and he works for the government sometimes. So what is all that about? Danger!!!

Maddy is getting ready to move back, maybe... let's face it, she needs to be with Adam. Still, that curiosity of hers keeps getting her in trouble. She thinks Stowe is moving out and finally leaving town. But being the way she is, she has to go and snoop around. As she breaks into the man's house, she starts rummaging around his files and discovers Adam is in danger. This triggers a series of events that cannot be stopped. Maddy at least has learned by now that she has to trust Adam. She has to come clean and not keep secrets from him.

I thought for sure as events were spinning out of control in this installment that for sure one of them would end up dead and no happy ending for us. You have to read this hoping that by now your nails are not bleeding from biting them incessantly.

One good thing as you are reading this last installment is how intimate Maddy is getting with Adam. We hope that finally all issues will be set aside and these two characters will find peace in the love they share. Finally this is the beginning to a beautiful relationship!

Our author has definitely woven quite a mystery worthy of the best. Hope you enjoy the ride as much as I did!

I received this book in exchanged or an honest review.

Maddy is known for getting into trouble and Adam was her high school crush. Maddy is a writer and Adam is a computer guy.

The story starts quick and keeps the reader engrossed. I couldn't and didn't want to put it down. The pages went by fast. It was very easy to read and had some very hot scenes.

When we begin the story it is not long before we find out that Adam is in the middle of a dangerous plot and Maddy is determined to figure out what is going on, even if it means she has to sneak into her neighbor's house next door. She does so and successfully but doesn't like what she finds.

After Adam gets home and they have the first of many hot scenes between Adam and Maddy, she shares her findings and off they go to relocate for safety.

Adam is your typical hot, confident guy who apparently can handle a guy incredibly well for his line of work. He is determined to keep Maddy out of harms way, even if it is because of him.

Maddy wants to help and has talked herself out of it, for good reason. Nothing good ever happens if Maddy is out by herself trying to figure it out.

I am glad I had a chance to read this book and I am looking forward to getting the other books by S.R. Grey.

Each of the books in SR Grey's Harbour Falls series had their own element of suspense, but I think this one has the biggest mysteries and surprises! Maddie finds her dangerous boyfriend, Adam the target of an assassin. Now the race is on to decommision the man in charge, remove the threat and keep Adam safe. But will all the players in this game remain? I loved this book so much, the interconnection of characters, the uncertainty of who to trust and finding the happily ever after. The flow of characters from book to book makes the story comfortable to listen to, like coming home and watching your favorite show. What will happen to Maddie this time? Well, there is a lot of action packed in this story, some scenes with our friends Nate, and Helena and some unexpected allies. It is full of steam, edginess and captivating anticipation leaving me on the edge of my seat. It is the perfect ending to the series, so glad I took the journey!

Kelley Ernst finishes out the trilogy as the voice of the Harbour Falls characters. I love it when the voices remain the same throughout a series, and Kelly did a wonderful job. Her performances gave the story a cohesiveness. It was a pleasure to listen to her!

Wickingham Way, the final book in the Harbour Falls Mystery series, was a perfect blend of mystery, danger and steamy romance. It takes place from the point of view of Maddy Fitch, a mystery writer who is more interested in the mystery going on in her life then working on her novel. Worried about what her neighbor Stowe Hannigan is up to, she let's her curiosity get the better of her. What she discover leads her to worry about her boyfriend Adam Ward.

He confirms that her worries are valid and that they would have to go somewhere safe. While hiding from the people after Adam, Maddy and Adam's relationship steams up. But danger always finds them.

Now I haven't read the previous two books, but this can be read as a stand alone. There are references to events that seems to have happened in those books, and I think I would have really benefited from reading the previous books, but I was able to follow and enjoy the story. I would definitely recommend it to those who enjoy a good mystery/thriller with some romance.

*This Book Was Given To Me By The Author In Exchange For An Honest Review*

This is the third and final installment in the Harbour Falls mystery series and picks up right where we left off at the end of Willow Point. Again I would disagree with the author about reading this as a stand alone. I seriously think these books should be read in order.

This time the story is definitely more focused on the relationship side of things and where as the first two books I would class as mysteries with the romance on the side this is pretty much the reverse.

Don't get me wrong, this does not in any way make this a lesser read. There is still a good underlying puzzle to solve (which yet I again I didn't manage) but the fact that the mystery takes more of a back burner actually made it more believable.

I really enjoyed this trilogy devouring all 3 books in as many days and would highly recommend them.

A sold 4 1/2 out of 5 stars from me (Rounded up as per my protocol).
